I am not happy here

I used to do agency at this place. Staff are paid peanuts and treated badly, terms and conditions are terrible too, in contrast Managers are paid well as long as they do what they are told by the owners! They take the most damaged clients (more needs they have the bigger the prophets) who are herded around the house like cattle. I recall some of the staff were on the sadistic side and one in particular thought he worked in a prison as he would walk around with a long chain hanging out of his pocket with his keys on! Of course it may of changed now as that was a few years ago but I would not bet on that!!

I rate this home very low. The care of the staff is poor in my opinion. I would not chose this place for a loved one. I have reported quite a few safeguarding issues in the past month.I have had personal experience with this home. I don’t rate the condition of the home high either.
