Order takeaway, fast service. However, the grilled chicken burger was really bland, not enough sauce and just quite small as well.

The best burgers we had in a long time. Served by a wonderful Male Staff member who helped my daughter choose a burger due to her allergies. Now we know where to come for burgers in future with the family. Thank you for taking care of us.

The best tasting Burger of any Chain I've visited .... bad none. Consosteny juicy burger, sides well balanced, generous with availability and range of condomints. Can only suggest a redesig of the garish colour scheme's used for the interior design and furnishings. Maybe it is designed that way for this purpose, but it is difficult to stay comfortably for any significant period of time within such a kaleidoscope of colour spheres .....hence not lingering at the place for long.

It's always nice when you return after a long period of time and you are recognized by name..many thanks to Zanda for welcoming me back..service was very pleasant as usual quick and efficient ..sadly the portion size has changed but that is fine with me..Will definitely return and have a friendly chat

I just picked up my order and went home surprising my wife and daughter! … then it was really a big surprise when we opened the bag which contain a tow dark stick of wood i you cannot requintes if this is a meat !!! Adding some lovely photos bellowThanks for the nice meal

Ordered on Deliveroo, phoned +442089980392 for allergy notes, told to call first, cancelled order, called back, told don't do allergy notes. Deliveroo offered to leave them, but there's no point. I'm sure the food it great so food 5/5.

Really nice waitress, welcoming and helpful. Good prices on the lunch time menu. I spent less that £10 for burger, chips and a drink. The seating areas are cosy. Lots of booths. The process of ordering is to pay before you eat, which I prefer. They have a lot of choices of burgers. The skinny fries were a bit too skinny though so I wouldn't recommend them.

AWFUL! AVOID - raw chickenAbsolutely shocking and below average chicken tenders, cheeseburger, Korean burger and chips.The strips tasted cheap and poor quality (worse than ICELAND frozen aisle)The Korean chicken thigh burger was pink and rubbery. I informed the waitress on the day - regarding this concern of mine. She attempted to reassure me ‘it was supposed to be like that’ and it has been ‘temperature checked’. Unfortunately that was not reassuring and I was put off my meal, despite spending £40 on something which was below average.The chips were not real chips and tasted like a cheap version of McCain’s.Beef burger was clearly from frozen too. Lacked flavour and texture.The interior and seating area was outdated, unhygienic and I am reporting this place to trading standards.Avoid this place at all cost.We were severely disappointed and underwhelmed by the entire experience and the poor quality of food and service.*Response*The date was 19/08/23 at around 3pm.To restore our trust in the brand, we would like vouchers to use at any store APART from the Ealing branch. As the food went to waste on the day and the complaint of pink chicken was ignored. This is fair.

I work in the City and sometimes is hard to cook at home. GBK is a very good and healthy alternative (grilled chicken is my favourite). Eleni is very professional and always very helpful! Zanda & Nikoletta are excellent hosts. They make sure you have everything you want and their service is superb! Thank you!
