Would give 0 stars if I could. This company ripped my partner off beyond belief. He paid his rent without any issues every single month and there were some serious renovations to be completed in the house. No matter when you call it’s practically impossible to get hold of them and they rush to get you off the phone. Rude, horrible scam artists.This company also is not a registered company, actually a dissolved one with no signup to a property ombudsman which is a LEGAL requirement, additionally to this they have no emergency contact number, again a LEGAL requirement.Please do not rent or purchase a property through these scam artists, they will take your money and do nothing but scam you. Prime example, Winter 2020, my partners boiler broke down, we contacted them and they explained they’d get someone to look at it when they were next back in work - after the holidays! The property internally was registering -10, meanwhile he had no heating or hot water and wasn’t offered alternative accommodation until it was fixed.Do not put yourself through this awful service and effort of having to threaten legal action! Stay away at all costs!

nice professional people running the company. I rented an apartment in Salford. Mr. Friedman was the agent.No issues from signing contracts to my stay there to the end of tenancy. I would highly recommend them.

Provided terrible customer service over the course of 9 months whilst renting one of their properties. Have been a pain to contact unless they're benefitting from something themselves. Were welcomed into the house by mouse droppings and rotting food in the fridge. Were left with no hot water for 2 weeks in winter months due to no answer on their phone or no emergency contact details. We then still were made to pay full rent for these weeks despite hot water being classed as a 'necessity'. Despite leaving the house much cleaner than we found it they still insist that it needs an industrial cleaner, and we have therefore received NONE of our deposit back to this day. Couldn't recommend less.

Very hard to get hold off, been asking for 4weeks for a viewing one a local Garage/Yard to rent. Every time I get talking to some one I'm either rushed on the phone or can't get a word in due to the rushed manor of the people I'm speaking to at the time.Isn't a good start for some one looking to rent a Garage/Yard space through your selfs.How am I meant to get on with the space I would be renting without any issues if I can't contact your selfs if any problems would occur? Useless company & I certianly wouldn't bother putting your business towards these.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Please do not rent off these people! You cannot get hold of them if you have problems, they repeatedly sent people out doing cowboy jobs to fix the boiler and it was finally fixed properly the week before we moved out!The house was not clean when we moved in and we had to scrub it top to bottom and then had to move out for a week because of a bed bug issue, if the property was cleaned properly that issue would have been picked up on before we even moved in!Then when we left they tried to tell us we left the garden in a mess - it was in a better state than when we moved in! The garden had to be done with a mask and goggles on because there was dog poo EVERYWHERE! They said the oven wasn't clean either and we had moved into it being clean which is a lie, we had to have a cleaner come around and clean the oven! We did ask for the invoicesThey also did not put out deposit in a protection scheme, we only found out when we asked for the log in details to claim it all back. (Its illegal to not place the deposit in a protection scheme). Luckily we ended up getting our whole deposit back but we was ready to take them to court if we hadn't!The people they hire to fix problems are rude and the are so incompetent at their job. Please avoid using them!
