Karen has been my reflexologist, masseuse, aromatherapist and all round holistic healer for well over the last year and let’s just say I really notice it when I don’t get to see her. When I am seeing her regularly everything in my life is more balanced including my mood and resilience, but there are always vast improvements in my usual ailments and problem areas. Karen is a gifted reflexologist and intuitive healer, and has a wonderful talent for working with what is... she can sense what I need the most in my sessions and each session focuses on what I need rather than any agenda or usual practise. I highly recommend her.

Karen is such a warm, genuine person who cares so deeply about her clients. The problem was chronic constipation brought about through Endometriosis and other health issues. After the first visit there was a shift and the relaxation felt during the reflexology was so incredible. Second visit today, with another session booked for next week. I cannot recommend Karen highly enough. Karen cares so deeply and is so gifted, what an amazing woman.

I cannot recommend Karen at Balanced Soul enough. I have had a shoulder injury for what feels like years, and been to physio therapy with no results.After seeing Karen i am finally given hope that this injury can be resolved. I had immediate relief from the injury after my first session, and look forward to continuing my sessions at Balanced Soul.

I first came to Karen as I suffered from chronic migraines and found that medication alone could not prevent them. I responded immediately to reflexology and have found that with regular visits migraines are a thing of the past. What's more interesting is that since then she has also treated me for a chest infection, long term pain from spinal surgery and a myriad of day to day issues. She is able to pin point in minute detail what is going on throughout your whole body and possibly most important, she really cares about your health & well being. Although I am not local it is well worth the journey to Chichester just to see Karen
