I've booked this company for my external solid wall insulation and I've had Mitch and Billy from their team working on my property for most of the time. I just wanted to say a big thanks for your great effort and work. There were a few little hiccups but the boys quickly managed to solve them and even went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the final results. The guys in the office were really busy at the time and that resulted in a few ocassions of miscommunication but all ended well in the end. Although the cavity wall injection appeared to go smoothly enough the contractor wanted me to sign off that the job was completed. It was not in that I had holes all round my house. I signed the form entering that the holes needed filling and painting and was promised a visit the following week. Nobody came nor did I receive any communication from the company. I phoned and was promised a visit on 19th May, again nothing happened nor any communication. I will phone again tomorrow but I can see this being an ongoing battle. I would not recommend the Company and any one thinking of using them should look elsewhere. They are effectively billing the Government for a completed job when there is still more work to be done. My intention is to put a similar review on Checkatrade as well an now complaint Ofgen. Very disappointing

I had cavity wall insulation from this company. Everything seemed fine until I had to drill a hole though the kitchen wall for a coaxial cable and discovered that no insulation was present. They came back to add more insulation, which is fine, but again more recently I replaced an electrical cable for a garden light and not a speck of insulation. It's a problem when you can't see inside the cavity, you have to trust that the walls have been properly filled. Unfortunately, I have no trust that they have been filled.

Excellent service from the start. We decided to have our home insulated and wanted to use a local company. I'm happy to say we found Saving Energy Ltd in Wickford and they were very efficient and professional from the survey through to the completion of the insulation. Would definitely reccomend, many thanks for your work.

Called for a cavity wall insulation quotation, the company called me back to say they could perform the survey two days earlier.Competitive professional quotation.Engineers visited the property at the time/date agreed, completed the work to a high standard (my property is going to be rendered so making good of the external walls was not necessary)I would definitely recommend.

Had my cavity walls done and from start to finish of the work being surveyed and job being carried out I couldn’t have asked for a better service. The installers where really polite and friendly and cleared up any mess that was made from the work. The girls in the office very polite and helpful with any questions I had. Overall very happy and would definitely recommend this company 5* from me.

Use the company for external wall insulation under the Government green home voucher. They said they will do the work and asked me to extend my voucher which I did. At the end , they said they have too many work booked and won't do my work. I can't exchange my voucher and all trustmark company are fully booked. Lost my grant due to their unprofessionalism and incompetency. Wouldn't trust them and wouldn't recommend them.

I hired them to do loft insulation. The project involved two bits including fitting a hatch to access 2/3 of the space. However after quoting and doing the first part they then declared that they can't fit the hatch and cancelled the rest of the work. In the end I payed extra for a job I could have largely done myself.I have no complaint with the work they did, just that the reason I was using them is because of the bit they quoted on then refused to do.

Booked in for quote and work. Didn't turn up and no updates. Spoke to call secretary who was rude and unprofessional. Nor cared no one showed. Terrible company and will not do business with them. Avoid.

Genuinely impressed by Saving Energy. Just had our loft fully insulated and boarded, as part of the Green homes grant. Saving Energy quoted competitively, handled the grant process smoothly and the team that did the installation were professional, courteous, respectful of the complications that covid has brought about when working in someone's house but most importantly did a great job. Would happily recommend.
