I brought a complete second hand vw bike rack from this company.When I got it home & tried to fit bikes it became apparent there were parts missing.When I contacted seller telling him of the missing parts & that the item he sold me was incomplete he replied “I don’t know anything about it” I asked him to partially refund me to offset cost of parts needs to make rack complete which he refused.Seems a genuine mistake but it could have been handled a lot better.Things go wrong in business all the time but doing the right thing & standing by products you have sold would seem the minimum a consumer should expect.Be warned

I took my Landrover Freelander in due to non-starting issues on Friday at 10.30a.m.. I got a phone call at 17.30p.m. to come and collect. Fantastic service and explanation of all that was done to the van. Will certainly be taking my van to these guys for Diesel mechanics needed.

Great service and work done yet again on my BMW. Mark always communicates with knowledge about the issues on your car. We find him very reliable and honest. If you are looking for a solid mechanic in Dover I would recommend them. We will definitely use them again.
