My daughter came in for her vaccine today, she was extremely nervous because she has serious allergies. Couldn’t have asked for two kinder, more compassionate ladies than the ladies that dealt with her and it was so appreciated. Wasn’t sure about booking the vaccine at a pharmacy but it ended up being absolutely the best decision for us. Thank you so much for putting her at ease, taking the time to make sure she was comfortable and being so caring.

Brilliant service; fast, professional and courteous. They've been able to get my prescription in the next day, something I've struggled to do with other pharmacies for 8 weeks. All the best to you and thank you for the genuine help!

What an experience !!! Went for our jabs today. Met at the door by great staff no waiting, straight in answered some quick questions. In and out in 5 minutes. Excellent standard of service, cannot wait to get the second one. Thank you to all the team. Traveled 17 miles to get the jab. Well worth it. Once again Thank you.

I was there this morning to collect my daughter's prescription. It Tooks more than 20 minutes just to collect 2 items. Despite the fact that it was not crowded, it is understandable sometimes it takes more time than usual.But I was about to drop my daughter to her art class. I asked 3 times to collect the items later. But all pharmacist said was it would be ready in a minute.All in all, they made me wait and she was late to class. I found it utterly ridiculous.

Went here for my first and second dose of the Astrazenaco vaccine. Both times the staff were very profressional and kind. The 2nd time the staff saw that I was really anxious and they started talking and joking with me which calmed me down immensely. Explained everything thoroughly. I was only waiting for about 5 mins before I was called in. Overall great experience.

Opening hours on web site are wrong. They are closed at lunchtime. I walked there for 30 mins and the shutter was down. Both google and the company web site says open all day as I checked before I left.

Had my covid vaccine today. Greeted at the door by very polite, kind and professional member of staff.The nurse was lovely. Overall amazing. Thank You very much.

Great staff, shame about the rude pharmacist. He telephoned me to say that they will no longer accept my stoma prescription. His manner was simply rude and unsympathetic. I accept their decision and the reasons for it, BUT it would have been nice if he had a more caring and compassionate attitude.

Booked in for a covid vaccination via the NHS website, it was postponed a few hours beforehand and was told it would be on an alternative date. Phoned up several times before the alternative date only to be told they would phone me with further details but I received no communication at all. Now I find out they've cancelled all covid vaccinations and to re-book on the NHS website which means I will now get the vaccination over a month after I'd first booked it. I am not sure why they are listed on the NHS website when they can't actually carry out their obligations. This is my first experience with this pharmacy but based on my experience, it will definitely be my last.
