Absolutely disgusted with the way morrisons con customers. I have had this experience quite a few times and I vow now after this I will NEVER shop at a morrisons shop again and neither will my relatives. Today 14th November 2024 I shopped at morrisons in ilkeston bought frozen Beef Bouruiglnon on the shelf it was stated an extra 1000 points with this. On arriving home I checked my receipt and there were no points added. Myself and my family have decided to take our custom elsewhere to a more honest shop instead of deceitful morrisons

We are an elderly couple and to avoid venturing out in the snowy weather, we placed a food order on Saturday 2nd December for delivery between 11 am and 12 noon on the Sunday. It is now 14.20 on Monday 4th December and we have still not received the order.We called Customer Services 3 times on Saturday, to be told (1) it was out for delivery, (2) in the afternoon, it was 4th on the list, (3) later in the evening, it would be delivered on Sunday. Sunday we were told twice it was out for delivery but a van had broken down. It would be delivered Monday morning. Rang again at 11.30am today, Monday and told it was out for delivery, the driver would ring an hour before delivery and that no deliveries had been made on the Saturday or Sunday.So, here we sit waiting for food to be delivered. No point in ringing Customer Services as they only tell lies and rubbish. I suppose if it hasn't arrived by 5pm I will have to drive out in the bad weather to the local store to see if I can get any sense out of them. It isn't possible to phone the store directly.Very disappointed and very annoyed. First time ordering on line and don't think I'll be doing it again.

I have never known such a bad company for customer service. always 40 to 50 mins to get through on phone twice cut off after 50 mins plus and after getting through. I gave my number for them to call me back if I get cut off but they dont call you back. put £15 compensation on my card but failed to activate it so its another 45 min call only to get cut off again. dont bother emailing them I did 4 times and only got one reply saying we will get back to you when we can and guess what? no reply. the best part of 4 hours waiting on the phone in 4 phone calls. what a poor excuse for A national supermarket. at least other supermarkets talk to you.

Can someone from Morrisons head office get in touch with me. My car was damaged at your Grimsby Store. The store manager filled in a report whilst I was there, took photos and forwarded. I took photos and forwarded. I now have a company car that requires £2000 worth of repairs, that I can hardly drive and am getting absolutely nowhere with your claims department, they will not call me to discuss, and have even said the following - We can confirm the Claims Team are a correspondence team only.We are unclear in respect of the incident circumstances. Please provide a thorough explanation and if you have taken photos of the defect you refer to

I was waiting on the phone for 40 minutes, to ask a few simple questions, so I put down the phone, emailed them with the questions, and I didn't get the answers I needed to hear. I retired and gave 4 weeks' notice, plenty of time for them to sort my discountcardout. I now go to a retirement discount card, but I have to wait 3 weeks for it to arrive, I spent £97 pounds, no discount, or more points were added. I think that is a poor show after 34 years of loyal service. Where dose there loyalty stand.

I visit your stores at least 3 times per week, normally Stone in Staffordshire. The last 2 visits have proved to be the most uncomfortable Its not just the freezer aisles or the deli it is the whole shop Could you please get back to me regarading this as I will not be visiting again and will find out if it needs to be reported for unfit working conditions.

I visited your store cafe in Exeter st Charles road on Saturday 4th November and it was absolutely appalling waited 20 to be served when food came out it was Luke warm I did complain but it fell on deaf ears both coffee machines were broke and people had to walk to the front of the store to pick up there coffee cutlery was disgusting then a lady came out from behind and left a service trolley right in the middle of people walking by it causing an obstruction we will not return to your Exeter store

in Morrisons store this evening . Noticed several flash cards on prices stating the product was but one get one free. Took the opportunity on one product , and bought one tub Johnson’s baby powder @ £3.75. To avail myself of this bargain. Put two in my shopping basketI was however charged for both the tubs at full price. £7 total. No mention anywhere of reduction.Have Morrisons become Scammers now , or does this happen frequently.I am furious

Don't appreciate being woken up at 5.40am this morning 28/11/23 by a message telling me to activate my rewards. It's pointless and you rarely get any points per spend now. Points scheme waste of time now Asda points are better.
