Problems with rear brakes (metal on metal sound), and was able to get booked in within a few days. Very friendly and helpful people. They rang and quoted a price and when I collected my car the job was done but priced lower than the quote! They were able to repair and replace brakes without needing any additional work so money saved. Well done, good people will not rip off their customers. Happy to recommend them and will use them again for service and MOT.

Absolutely shocking service, get told car will be fixed/mot’d by a certain day and it never is resulting in us not knowing when we will have our car back. Also they don’t seem to check their own work resulting in multiple trips back to get original problem fixed. And courtesy car is a death trap and poorly looked after.

I’d just like to say what a fantastic garage, being a lady I find going to a garage very intimidating and fear being ripped off , but not this one very chatty, friendly professional and a laugh . I would definitely recommend the garage not just for their approach but also going above and beyond their job.They took the time to explain what the problem was and how to prevent it happening in the future to prevent unnecessary costs.I would highly recommend this garage.

I bought a Hyundai Tucson from Millhouse a couple of weeks ago - very pleased with the car and received excellent service from the friendly and efficient staff, in particular Russell. The car was well presented and serviced prior to me collecting it. I had a slight problem with the car which was soon resolved by the garage who went above and beyond what was expected. All in all a very pleasent experience and I would not hesitate recommending them to friends and family.Alan

Professional, unhurried, unpressured and totally stress-free buying experience. Bought a Fiat 500 - a lovely little car, supported by a quality service and aftercare package. Car was fully serviced and valeted before collection, and to a high standard. Salesman Gary was great in every way, explaining everything carefully and clearly - really inspiring confidence in the dealership. Very highly recommended.

Bought a car from them last year - they discovered an issue with the boot locking AFTER purchase and said they would fix this before collection. Part didn't arrive in time before collection, so said bring it back to be fixed in future. Have since contacted them about picking up the part (family live more locally than me) and have been ignored. Left a voicemail and messaged on Whatsapp (which was very responsive during purchase) still haven't heard anything after months. I need the part as my boot is broken.No other issues with the car but feels dishonest.

I bought a Vauxhall Movano from them last week & I could not be more pleased with the quality of service I received. James could not have been more helpful. The Van was MOT'd (two new rear tyres were fitted) & serviced (new cambelt & front headlights buffed) & delivered to my home address some 2 hours away for free. I can honestly say I have never received such good service from any other garage ever...Thank you.

All I'm saying is, be very careful. I recently bought a used car from Millhouse Garage that potentially turned out to have done an extra 42,000 miles more than the odometer stated. It was advertised as having done 71,000 miles but when I went online and checked the MOT history the car had done 75,000 miles when it had it's first MOT in October 2016. I say potentially because the garage claim it was an error when the MOT was carried out (mileage entered incorrectly) but they can't prove that to be a fact and they certainly didn't make me aware of it. Overall a very bad experience.

Feel like I've been robbed. Had to part exchange my much loved Yaris due to recent lockdown restrictions and they would not budge from their very low offer saying they could not re-sell due to car being 15 years old. They now have it on their forecourt at 3 times what they gave me!
