Absolute joke of a company, booked a van up for today and when we turned up at 9am they never had one for us, we where then told that some vans where due to return and they would call us straight away but never heard anything back. We needed the van for moving so this made a stressful day a whole lot worse. Wouldn't advise anyone to use this company unless you want to feel stress and disappointed.

Avoid! Vans are dilapidated with filthy interiors throughout, an additional £60.00 was charged to my debit card and a very distasteful sign was displayed about dead friends and relatives belongings below (text on the right, above picture of van). The vans are in a dilapidated condition with filthy interiors, yet they have the audacity to display an unpleasant sign about mask wearing. This requirement was not stated over the phone while booking. The sign clearly shows the measure of these people and what you’re up against. Vans are provided with less than a quarter tank of fuel, despite saying all come with 1/4. My advice is to go elsewhere and pay a little more money. The van was returned in the exact same condition yet £60.00 was charged to my card. No one informed me there was a problem at the time when the fuel level was checked upon return otherwise this could have been resolved. When I queried the charge over the phone and tried to resolve this, I was reluctantly informed they would look into it. No one has bothered to get back to me and subsequent emails have clearly been ignored. Seems like a nice little money making scheme to me. Hopefully they will put the extra revenue they rip off from people towards getting some roadworthy vans, professional signage and customer service training.

Battered and dirty Van's. Felt unsafe, loads of warning lights on but told it was fine. Engine screaming, steeringwheelwas loose, clutch had more play than an x box. Staff rude. Avoid.

John, Ian and William 3 smashing lads who go out of thier way to help beyond thier duty. I have hired a lot from Lukes hire for a few years.real good rates and smashing friendly service.

I was a little wary when reading online reviews but after renting 2 Van's I an confidently recommend. 1 of the Van's was even extremely last minute and they had availability. Staff are great, service is quick and easy and the prices cant be matched.

Hired a van for £154 it had a hole in the roof and my seattee got soaking wet, when i tried to explain when i took the keys back all they said was they will look into it wouldnt reccomend, not very good customer service

Cheap and cheerful van rental.You get what you pay for, but the rates are very good and they're professional.Be careful with the gears etc.Like I said, you get what you pay for.Check the van before leaving incase you're not happy with it and you may be able to take another one instead.No point whining once you've left the lot.Tell them what you intend on doing with it and where you intend on taking it and throw a Wynns Gold in it for a better experience.

Used several times , staff was really friendly, would say they respond kind as they are treated as witnessed rude people but really nice and accomodating with myself on all occasions. Face masks absolutely ! Unfair comments to a good service ......oh an check your van before taking it out!!!! There's no issue when you treat others as you want to be treated
