The service was amazing, the lady who did my nails definitely knew what she was doing and was nicely chatty (not too much but not too little)

I don’t normally leave reviews as I always give people second chances but I have messaged the company and have had no response from them.Both myself and my daughter got cut by the nail technicians ( I got cut twice and mine is still very sore2 days later I’m actually wondering if it’s infected). I understand mistakes happen but there was not even an apology to either of us. Both technicians made no attempt in conversation and it appeared they were in bad moods, both had horrible colds and were sneezing, sniffing and coughing. The man was only wearing his mask over his nose which when he’s sniffing and coughing in the current climate doesn’t really come across very well. I also asked for the white top bit of my nail to be not so big and the lady said later, she then filed them down even further to make the white bit smaller so now my nails are much to short and very uneven. I hadn’t really checked them properly in the shop as felt uncomfortable as the two technicians obviously had stinking colds and were not in great moods so if I’m honest I wanted to get out asap.

Always very welcoming. Great opening times. Never have to wait too long for a seat. You can book appointments or walk in. I've had a lovely experience getting my acrylics done here over the last 4 years or so, I wouldn't go anywhere else now!

I went on Monday for removal of colour and builder gel and wanted the same on. First time at this place and I was finished in 20 mins it was So rushed the varnish and gels were you could see too thick and dried up he was basically scraping it out of the bottles my usual place it takes an hour as they manicure etc first. I had one coat of builder then two color coats then too coat he cut my nails off short despite me saying not to and the varnish and gel was streaky lumpy and not even my nails were not filed properly so they caught on everything and flaked off the colour lifted after a day so for £25.00 it as a total disaster and my nails which I spent weeks growing are now back to a mess thanks very much!! Avoid !!

A very welcoming nail salon, had two men do my nails today first man was very nice and second man was also very nice did a brilliant job very thorough with it. Kept asking me if my nails were okay, corrected anything I asked to. Very polite. Thankyou

Very luxurious and thorough gel pedi, and a lovely gel mani on the fly. Would recommend this salon to anyone.

I haven't had my nails properly manicured for over 20 years and didn't really know what to expect. I was ushered to a seat where a lovely, friendly mature gentleman proceeded to do my nails. He was very meticulous in his execution and carefully transformed my shabby looking nails into works of art. My nails were so beautiful I couldn't stop looking at them, I was over the moon with the results! I can highly recommend this salon as a place to go for a professional service.

Thus far, this is the best experience/value for the money in Harrogate. I have tried several nail salons and have been seriously underwhelmed. I am sure as an American I have a different set of expectations regarding skill level, service, and price. This place has the skill set! No amateurs here. And the prices are very reasonable. As far as the normal pampering service you get standard in the US (and can't even seem to pay for here) I'm giving up. The only real downside to this place is that it is cash only. Which came as a nasty little surprise when I happened to glance up and over mid manicure and saw the sign. Thank goodness I had some cash on me-something that never happens.
