Has to be one of the worst McDonald’s in Cardiff!Service is always slow. They never bag your food at the drive thru and just hand you each individual item like it’s normal. Chips are always cold and half of them are missing. Burgers are always thrown together and is never accurate if you customise them.If you’re driving, you’re better off going to the one in Leckwith!

It’s another McDonald’s so the layout is similar, even the toilets are along the same lines. Thank heavens they were clean.However, when we were there (on a Saturday evening) the staff struggled to cope. But despite the rush, they maintained their composure and politeness. But the fries we got were without salt and the burgers “appeared” stale - crumbling easily and that’s not what McDonald’s burgers are like.Table service was disabled for some reason (I assume because of the rush!) and the receipt-roll of paper was exhausted in three machines.I guess this is nitpicking but that’s what these reviews are - the blunt truth.

I just went through drive through, ordered and paid via app. Normally decent. They asked me to park up (it was 2 happy meals and McChicken Sandwich)I waited 10-15 minutes in the parked space waiting for the food. I asked the boy who brought out the food how long it normally takes to cook the food. He said depends on the customer (he didn't have his badge on so don't know his name). Then he spoke quite rudely and said that it's not all about you." I raised his my eye brows in shock

Quick service and correct orders. The place was packed after an event at the stadium, and they still got the food out at speed. Friendly and competent staff as well.

Went to grab a quick dinner with my husband after work as it’s fast food. Didn’t expect a 5 star quality experience but to my disappointment the chicken burger was dry and over cooked it was like biting into a flat board. To add to this the restaurant smelled like someone took a poop, I didn’t finish my meal and the stench was driving me crazy so we left. Some may argue it’s McDonald’s you can’t expect much, but as a paying consumer the least I can expect is value for money (quality) which is promised in advertising and promotions along with a decent ambience to have my meal. Hygiene is a mandatory factor in the hospitality industry. Disappointed.

Food was great like all McDonald's, but my only issue was waiting times. I ordered my food for dine in, and only got it after around 30 minutes, which I don't expect from a big company like McDonald's. They had the cool little tablet thingys for the kids that kept them busy along with the little cards from their happy meals. Great food, great experience, not too expensive, but kind of bad waits.

Went to mc dons down the bay .asked for a wrap with no bacon..And on the box it says no Bacon.But when you start to eat WOW there's Bacon inside ..check your Wraps .

Worst McDonald’s experience by far. Wanted happy meal at 10:58 for my child. Staff said they can’t as its breakfast menu until 11. Fair enough, I proceeded in ordering pancakes and sausage with a hot chocolate. I was told to park at the waiting bay. Waited 10 minutes in the bay at which point I could have had the happy meal I initially wanted. Pancakes arrive with no sausage and no hot chocolate. Another 5 minutes spent waiting. Food returns with the hot chocolate. I had a quick taste of the drink before heading off to realise the drink was 99% water 1% chocolate! Another 10 minutes spent going inside to get a replacement drink. Fresh drink arrived only to find it was now 98% water and 2% chocolate. Excellent!! Gave up.
