Eden Mobility Doncaster

I called them today to ask about a problem with my fathers scooter and a possible repair. I was informed that as I didn’t buy it from them they would not help (company policy) so much for helping the disabled community

3 times ive ordered online and 3 times they have rung me to say product is out of stock even though it doesn't say this online. I wont be ordering from them again.

My experience of buying a reconditioned scooter from Eden mobility was a nightmare! The first one was faulty, it needed a new motor so much for it being reconditioned. They sent me another one which had a faulty charger light which after me ringing yet again l had it repaired. The next day l went out on it and it would not go in reverse. Number 3 scooter was sent out to me,a new one this time after me paying an extra £300 first time out it just stopped.I was helped by a passing couple who could see .I was in distress thanks to them for getting me home! I have now got my second scooter back all repaired and working so far.All this took a month to sort out and made myself and my husband I'll. The one star is for the engineers who tried to do what they could with Rubish parts!!!

I have just come off the phone to Eden Mobility Doncaster. I was advised to contact them by Manor Tyre's Stainforth to buy new inner tube for my mob scooter. Did I buy the scooter from them they asked. No I bought it when I lived in Dorset. In that case we can't help. We only deal with customers who buy their scooters from us.I THINK THIS IS A DISGRACE and an indication of the philosophy of the people behind this company. Do as you will but I will never deal with them. They get one star because that was the only way to make this post work. They actually deserve negative stars

Helpful to some extent but only about their own items. They do not rent or hire out electric scooters but have no information on anywhere that does when asked. Felt like they were just interested in selling their goods (electric scooters).Gave 4 stars due to goods available and they are well informed on them, deducted 1 star due to lack of availability to hire, lack of interest to offer other possible places that hire and the pushing of their own goods when I had made clear I did not have the ability to buy.

Eden Mobility, a Testimonial.I have a very dear friend who is terminally ill with an agressive form of cancer. When his condition recently took a turn for the worse, climbing the stairs at home became difficult and meant a long rest at the top once he made it. What could I do to help, or rather who could I turn to for help on his behalf ? I made a call to Eden Mobility Doncaster on a Monday morning, explained the situation and asked if it were possible and how soon they could fit a Stairlift for my friend.The response from Eden Mobility was instant, and way beyond our expectations. Although it may not be standard procedure, (an engineer would usually make a site visit first) I was asked to provide some simple measurements and a couple of photographs of the staircase where the lift was required. I provided these right away and in just over 48 hours, a stairlift was sourced, prepared and installed in my friends house by Eden Mobility' engineers. Unbelievable !!Living and working in Doncaster and passing by Eden Mobility shop often, I had long thought of them as a place to buy mobility products, such as scooters, high seat chairs etc etc. I now know different. EdenMobilty are all about making life easier for those who might be less fortunate than others, and they have certainly made life just a little easier for my dear friend.A huge thankyou to Eden Mobility and your team. Your service, care and compassion are exemplary and we cannot thankyou enough. THANKYOU again !

discusting customer service.went to go in yesterday and had someone SHOUT across you cant come in without a mask. im exempt and i have a guide dog who struggles to understands commands with masks in when its noisy i replied telling them this and i got SHOUTED back at me no mask your not coming in!. i could hear numerous other people in store so to shout at me like that infront of customers is degrading. then another member of public saw how angry i was and said to me the staff member wasnt even wearing a mask!. the person didnt even come to the door and talk to me or offer to serve me at the door like other companies. this is meant to be a shop for disabled yet it seems to be discriminating against people.
