Fantastic service again from Chris - work always of the highest quality. Picked up and dropped off my bike and was back up and running within a few days in time for next outing.

Great bike service. I've been riding my bike for a few weeks since Chris serviced it and it's riding like a brand new bike. Chris gave good advice for servicing options and even sent pictures during the service which was great. Pick up and drop off was super helpful too.

Chris really went the extra mile getting my neglected mtb back to the performance level that I wanted from it. His advice on upgrades and on the setup in general were spot on and I really appreciated having an expert to bounce ideas/options off. The bike feels better than ever and I couldn't be happier with it or with the service from Chris!

Great service and great mechanic! When my brand new bike started making a hideous noise Chris pulled out all the stops to get to the bottom of it and diagnose the problem, then promptly fixed it ready for me to race again! He's an excellent mechanic with fantastic attention to detail which is exactly what you want when you take your pride and joy to be serviced!!

Chris rescued my Road Bike after I had unwittingly allowed a complete incompetent to ‘’overhaul ‘’ it ahead of the Tour de Manc Sportive. The bike was left by the the other person in a dangerous and potentially fatal condition. I had to abandon my entry after 6 months trainingChris checked everything, replaced parts as required and completely rejuvenated the bike leaving it safe to ride and looking/handling as new. When you talk to Chris you get facts and sound advice based on over 20 years experience. He is not just a bike mechanic but also a precision engineer who takes pride in everything he does. I can’t recommend Chris highly enough and he now has a regular client in me not only for repairs and servicing but to build my next bike.

Over the years I have purchased several bikes and Chris at B Spoke has maintained and upgraded them for me. More recently I asked Chris for advice on a titanium bike build which very quickly got handed to him due to his over the top attention to detail… Well, having lived with this new bike for a while now I’m still left speechless after each ride for what he has created. I without question 100% recommend B Spoke to anyone that wants the highest possible level of service and skill dedicated to their biking needs. I can’t recommend highly enough. What Chris doesn’t know about cycling, building and the engineering of bikes simply isn’t worth knowing. Sir, I thank you and please will you build me another bike?

Chris has done a great job with my bike swapping everything off one bike onto another bike frame and even managed to get a very stubborn bolt /nut thing out that I tried every night for hours for over a week to do,bike looks great very happy.great service collected and dropped bike off, Chris is a lovely man did a great job would definitely recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I highly recommend Chris for looking after your bikes. Chris’ work is excellent, and his attention to detail is amazing as well as his knowledge and engineering skills. Chris gives you an honest evaluation of the problem.I have used Chris for rescuing a bike after leaving it uncleaned for months, saving me money on new components to Chris upgrading a group set on a bike and Chris made use of his engineering skills, so avoiding me having an expense from the manufacturer. I was lucky enough to be able to use Chris to do a custom build and I now have a fantastic bike, thanks to Chris
