I visited yesterday, I am disabled and had a crutch, Asked to see Armchairs, said could not have a manual recliner because can not kick back the leg part but looked at electric ones but decided they were to low ...Chatting to both staff all the reasons above, seen an armchair I liked the look of he moved the furniture in front but as the chair was wedged tried it and said would take that one, So they understood I couldnt have a manual recliner...On delivery next morning it was a manual recliner , the delivery chap said he was the owner and paid me back my chair money but said no to the £25 delivery money, no apology eas told bluntly it was my fault !!!!!! Could he not the chap who served me tell me it was a recliner when I tried it or when he got it out of the others where it was wedged and ring mr and ask me to come back and choose another no....co it was as they say my fault...Be careful with this furniture store

Thanks so much to the staff at rls furniture today gave away a near enough brand new sofa to our familey should be more furniture shops that do this helps so many familys out kind regards to u all at rls dawn x familey xx
