Abdi served me and my friend. He was super helpful, even when we took absolutely ages to order. He was super friendly and even remade my friends dessert, when it was us who ordered wrong. Desserts and drinks were lovely too.

The waffles were raw, with little to no toppings. The service was very poor, and the girl who served us was very rude.My daughter's cruffle had no toppings on it, and when asked we were informed the has no raspberries even tho we were initially told they only had raspberries.A very unprofessional setting, they have a store with no supply. Asked for strawberries they never had any, they didn't even have enough cups to serve water!There was no cutlrey given with the food.When we went to complain the manager decided to run away. I would give them. No stars unfortunately google do not allow it.

The extensive menu offers a wide variety of options, catering to all taste buds and dietary preferences. Whether you’re a chocolate lover or prefer fruity flavors, Heavenly Dessert has something for everyone.The star of my visit, however, was the outstanding customer service provided by Suzanna. Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail truly enhanced our experience.

I visited Heavenly Desserts with my family and although they didn't have French Toast available, the staff, especially Ilyas, were very helpful. We tried their pancakes, waffles, and milkshakes which were all delicious. The atmosphere was great and I hope to try their monkey bread and French Toast on our next visit.

Just dropped by heavenly desserts and the spectacular place made me write its review, the customer service is amazing and the staff is really polite, specially the guy Taimur who's really sweet, loved the ambiance, had the best waffles of all time, it's a great place to hangout, highly recommended!!

I was heading to my regular desert shop in Walsall town center, it was a bit late and on the way saw this desert shop and decided to take a chance and try their menu. Unexpectedly the deserts we ordered were finger licking delicious. Staff is best and very polite. From now on my permanent desert shop to satisfy my taste buds. Thankyou all for serving. Definitely will recommend you guys to my family and friends.

Desserts were very nice, decent portions. Extra special shout out to the Asian lad (didn’t get his name unfortunately) but he was so lovely and attentive. Explained everything very well along with how to use the app and order on there. You are a credit to the team, best wishes to you! We will definitely be back!

Sana is a very kind girl, her attitude is very good as she welcomed us with a very big smile. She made sure our desserts came on time and when they did arrive late, she kept us company in which we had forgotten about the dessert. Superb service, would come back as she made us feel at home.
