Met with freindly service, needed 3 pieces of glass cut to size it was no problem for them, done it while I waited nothing was any bother to them very helpful service I would highly recommend them to anybody also very reasonable price you don’t get ripped off

Fantastic service from Whitmore Reans Glass they helped me fix a broken window in my door by cutting a piece of glass to size of straight away and it fitted perfectly. I can't praise them enough.

A gem of a shop, delightful couple. Nothing too much trouble. Needed a car key cut, excellent service, ensured key worked before letting me go. The shop is a true hardware shop with everything you could possibly need, an Aladdin's cave. Definitely need to support this independent little business.

If there is anything in the hardware line that Dave doesn't stock, I've yet to find it. Great service from a great personality. Forget B&Q...this is the place.

Had a broken window on our narrow boat, replaced the same day and looks perfect, lovely couple, very reasonable price, their shop is a gem, thanks.

This was my second time using this company. First time no issues sadly second time was a different story. I called and placed an order however didn't receive a call to say the glass was ready. 3 weeks later I called to check and was told its ready. I specifically asked what time the shop was open and Dave told me 5pm as it was Friday. I told him I will collect that very day. Got there at 4.15pm and shop closed and no answer to phone. Went back on Monday and collected the glass. The stickers on both pieces of plus have different measurements and the glass was not cut to the right size. I called to query and Dave answered saying he was fed up of people not measuring correctly and there's nothing he could do. Worst, he hung the phone up on me! Very poor customer service. I will not recommend them. Iunderstand mistakes can happen but he showed no willingness to solve it. Im sure they've given me someone else's glass!!

Great tradition hardware shop run by wonderful people. Bought a glass panel that was cut in a couple of minutes and at a very fair price.
