The Pelvic Physios

Went to see Faye due to pelvic/hip pain in my second pregnancy. The consultation was great and I came away with lots of tips and exercises to help. Faye was very friendly, easy to talk to, and asked questions sensitively. I will definitely be back for a postnatal check up!!

I cannot recommend these physio's highly enough! They were recommended by a friend after the birth of my first baby. Faye was amazing, she made me feel so at ease and I was able to bring baby in with me. Faye did an assessment and then listened to what I wanted to in terms of getting back to exercise to make a bespoke plan for me. I thought I had been doing my pelvic floor exercises during pregnancy but she showed me how to do them correctly for maximum recovery. I couldn't have been happier with the experience and I think this is an essential appointment to make after giving birth.

Its very re-assuring to find such a specialist service in this locality where a treatment plan can be custom made and importantly also re-assurance given. I cant recommend enough!!! Had an appointment with Faye for pre & post surgery advice. I had received very little information on the surgery and was extremely nervous & worried. Faye was able to put my mind at ease, explaining the process in detail, things I could do to prepare and suggestions to help with recovery. She also did a thorough assessment and noticed some additional issues that could be causing chronic pain - things I hadn't even considered & advised on exercises to help. I'm so thankful I found The Pelvic Physios - worth every penny!
