We went on a recommendation from a friend who had been a few months previously. Unfortunately it wasn't as good for me, both myself and partner order the special rump steak with rarebit, I ordered medium rare and it came rare if not blue, not wanting to send it back and wait for a second I did eat it, it was tasty and the rarebit was amazing it was just not how I wanted it.The place was cute but had a strange feel to it, 2 young lasses were the only staff around and it was rather expensive for the food and service quality.

Booked a birthday meal at the stones bistro for my girlfriend birthday while on holiday inCaernarfon .The food was lovely,started of with the soup of the day followed by the steak which was tender and cooked just right , the peppered sauce was one of the best I've tasted .The staff was friendly and hopeful.Would recommend this place .Thank you .

Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere. I found this restaurant by Internet and it says real Italian. So I was really looking forward... I think it's fusion cuisine.Unfortunately it is not traditional Italian...I went to Italy so many times So I can say...Bruschetta wasn't prepared traditional way.I always order Lobster pasta it's my favorite dish so I ordered here. However, It was so strange taste I have never had. But I really like waiter and waitress. They are so kind and nice.

Had the cod confit. Was a good sized portion. Service was quick, efficient and the staff friendly. Even though it was early on a Sunday evening, it was busy enough. The atmosphere was great, music that wasn't too loud and was able to talk to my wife without having to raise our voices.

Dear ownerI hear a lott of excuses for everything.Toilet lighting was very poor, not lanterns but a flimsy candle that barely showed where the toilet or sink was. So I do wonder how clean it was in there.And yes. I was tired therefore we eat as was too late to try another place,but not blind or without our taste buds.And it makes it even worse for you to say it's not Italy" therefore I cook italian dishes as per local taste. Are you suggesting that the Welsh people do not know good food or how a simple pasta should be cooked?!?!BTY Through all the excuses you've had so far

If you want Italian food, home cooked with love, then this is the place. I had the best mussels I have ever eaten. Followed by Hake with noodles, everything was cooked perfectly and tasted wonderful. My partner had Lasagna made with fresh pasta, hand made by the owner herself, which he said was the best he’d eaten. We both liked it so much that we went back the following night. I would highly recommend it if you are visiting Caernarfon.
