Went in to see their range of mobility scooters. A very nice lady showed us a selection of these scooters, and the one we liked was quoted as £1500.Went away deciding to think about this scooter.After some Googling , we found the exact same scooter at the delivered to our front door price of £484.90 .Do your homework, before falling for a smooth sales pitch !!

Great service, I bought my wheelchair from RKS LTD a few months ago, and a pin broke on the suspension lock mechanism, they came out to me on the same day and fixed the wheelchair, 5 Star service from a great company,

I've used RKS twice now, once for a couple of punctures on my mobility scooter, and then to have it serviced. Excellent and friendly customer service, and not exorbitant either. I paid more to a competitor (before RKS was recommended to me) to fix one problem, which they failed to do, so I'll be sticking with RKS from now on.

I went in to see about a scooter as I'm disabled, I was met by a lovely lady who helped me with all my needs. I would definitely recommend her for your disability needs. Well done! 10 stars and a sticky bun from me.

Great service great staff very pleased received my new chair today thanks so much to Bev.Bev was brilliant all the way through from first designing chair on her computer to delivering and making sure I was completely comfortable and happy with the chair before she left me today!Great people great place great service I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone!

Went here today to try to order a wheelchair for my daughter and to look for a suitable power chair for myself. Salesperson seemed disinterested from the start. Said we would need to go online and make an appointment to see one of the therapists first (she had already and knew what she needed).I then tried to talk to them to see if there was something that would be of use to me. She just turned around and walked off.No sales here then.
