Nando's Boldon
Portion size seems to decrease every visit to Nando’s , sometimes I wonder what I am paying for , don’t get me wrong it’s always tasty but like I say with the price increase it should not affect the portion size , a double fillet pitta use to be a double fillet! Not 2 small pieces which would work out to be 1. It will be my last visit as this has happened numerous times and I believe there is so much better options locally for the money

It's a good Nandos. Plenty of seating and parking. Perfect for a bite to eat before the cinema. The only reason it's not getting 5 stars is the size of the thighs. I just think they're getting smaller so they put more chips on as you can see. KFC is the same, must be the chickens here. Anyway, I digress, you'll get fed here. Nice spot.

Mixed bag, we ate here three weeks ago, and again last weekend. We pretty much ordered the same order but the food just wasn’t as good the second time.The order was a full platter lemon and herb and a double chicken pitta hot, with sides. The second time the chicken platter just wasn’t as good the chicken breast had dried out.Ordering through the app is convenient but means server interaction and banter is very much reduced. It would be good if the app could be scanned at the till to make sure points aren’t lost (maybe you can already do this?)

Unfortunately after today's visit, I cannot give the Boldon Nandos a 5 star...Arrived and seated next to a group of very hyper and loud men who you would think was at a football match rather than a restaurant. Many people were looking over at who was making the noise and the staff did nothing. They were never spoken to about how loud they were being.Meals came out and my chips were missing the peri peri salt, no problem, easily done. However when I had that issue before they have took the meal away and came back with the peri peri on, this time, the lad I told walked away, came back with a handful of sachets and placed them on the table saying here is your peri peri salt.And finally how they expect people to eat meals without the cutlery, so many people waiting for knives to be brought out. I have never been to a restaurant where there was a queue for knives.I don't know what has happened since the last time we were there but what a disappointment it is now.

Decent spot for a Nandos. We ordered through the app and food came at a decent speed. Chicken was really soft and tender, both breast and thigh. Sides were good. For the price it was a decent meal.

My food was freezing cold when it arrived. The other 2 meals were fine. Mine was taken away to be remade, but only the sides were done. By this time the burger was stone cold. I'd waited so long that I ate the sides and half the burger.

Nando's Boldon
One of the best Nando’s I have visited. The food was great (especially the halloumi!) and the interior design is fantastic. Lovely staff and in a convenient spot. Perfect place to have some food after watching a movie next door! I would definitely recommend this Nando’s.
