If I could score less than 1 star, I would.This order has been a disaster start to finish.We wanted the design embroidering, we were told that this is not possible so had to go with the print option. The first things the company who ended up coming to our rescue said was ‘you don’t want to print this design, you want to embroider it, it will look far better’ and we are so glad we did!We ordered a test version, 9 days in we received an email saying that there would be a delay and it would be dispatched within 5 days.We phoned customer services straight away and explained that if we wanted to go ahead with the full order we needed them for a specific date (18th July for an event) the person we spoke with said the test order was due to be delivered 10th or 11th and if we were happy to go ahead to phone straight away and that the sales advisor would be able to lock in a date" so they would arrive in time.By EOD Tuesday it still hadn't arrived. We phoned and spoke with Customer Services who said that it should be sent that day to arrive Weds 12th (surprisingly enough we got the dispatch email whilst on the phone with Customer Services). We explained what we had previously been told about being able to "lock in a date" however this Customer Service advisor said that that you would not be able to guarantee delivery but to wait until this one had been delivered and to call back to see if this would be possible

Ordered a batch of Polos, regatta jackets and rain jackets, all very good quality, had a bit of a problem with the stock and artwork teams after the initial order but they made good on their promise to make right the missed delivery dates, the communication when i expressed my frustration was great and they kept me informed of what was happenning.Everyone has been effected by covid and very few companies are running to 100%.I judge companies on how they handle issues as well as the delivery of products and services, these people take pride in what they do.I would definitely use again as if there is a problem then they will make sure its rectified.

Friendly service. On one occasion, a Saturday, they were closed for decorators. When my son said he worked away all week, a member of staff brought his order out to the car. Good quality workwear.

Shocking turn around times, I’ve placed two orders and both have been significantly late. The most recent order I placed was due for delivery on the 9th when I ordered, then I chased it to find out it wasn’t even due for dispatch until the 13th (today). Having chased again, I’m now told it won’t be dispatched until later this week. By the time the order arrives it will have been almost a month after ordering!Will not be using them again!Shame because the quality of the garments/embroidery was decent.

As others have stated, the delivery times are pittyful. I only ordered from this company because they ordered delivery times faster than anyone else. However once the order is placed their delivery dates go out the window and when speaking to them, their basic response is that it'll be sent out when it's ready. Havnt even got the items yet but won't be using these again.

We have been using Workwear Express for a number of years for our workwear.We have just received 5 Autumn bundles for our staff and very pleased with the order and quality.There have been a couple of issues in that time with some orders, but found they have promptly dealt with them..The delivery time has been prompt and I have not found they have exceeded a reasonable delivery time, especially when embroidering large quantities.Will be ordering again, when more clothinig required.Thanks, Nick

Express is NOT the word.I placed an order on the 11th Sept for 3 items - a scrub top, scrub trousers, and a hi vis vest. None of these required any embroidery or logos added. I needed the scrubs for the 2nd Oct, and assumed this would be plenty of time. According to the website, these were in stock and would be delivered in 7-10 working days. Great.A few days later I received an email apologising for the delay, saying that the estimated despatch date would have to change from 21st Sept to 22nd. Fine, one day is definitely not a big deal.On 26th Sept, having heard nothing, I logged in to the ‘track my order’ section on the website. Apparently the estimated delivery date has moved to 29th Sept. I decided to use the live chat feature to ensure this would be the case. At this point, I was advised that the scrubs I had ordered wouldn’t be available until the 18th Oct! I can’t understand why 1) I was advised they were in stock on 11th Sept, 2) I was given estimated despatch dates of 21st, 22nd & 29th Sept, 3) why I wasn’t told about this ludicrous delay and 4) why I wasn’t offered an alternative product or any form of discount for the inconvenience. I have asked for a full refund, which I hope I will get. Never again.

Unfortunately I ordered some work trainers from express workwear. The website stated if I ordered them they would arrive 2 days later. However after no communication I rang them, to find out they actually don't hold the stock and would be a further week or so.

Definitely should've read the reviews before going with this lot.I paid for DPD tracked delivery on Tuesday which estimated a delivery date of Thursday. I didn't get a tracking number so I got in contact with them, they said there's a slight delay and that the order would be shipped tomorrow (Friday) fine, these things happen.It's Friday now and I got an email with the dispatch note saying the courier is Evri (easily the worst and most unreliable courier service available) and again, no tracking number.I'm pretty angry at this point so I phone them up to be told they're trying Evri as a new courier" - not what I specifically paid for. They said it's the same price and sent me a tracking number but I'm still annoyed that I was mislead like this.Time will tell if I get my order in time or indeed at all

We've been a loyal customer of Workwear Express for over half a decade, but it's with deep regret that I find myself penning this review. Our recent bulk order was a complete disappointment. The sizing inconsistency compared to previous orders was baffling, rendering the attire unwearable for many of our staff. What added salt to the wound was the dreadful customer support. Gone are the days when this company would go above and beyond for its clients. Our numerous emails were met with a merry-go-round of different responses, each more confusing than the last. It's evident that as Workwear Express has expanded, its care and attention towards its long-standing customers have dwindled. Businesses grow, but the foundation of any successful company remains its customer service, a mantra Workwear Express seems to have forgotten.
