Nothing wrong with the ice-cream itself but the man at the counter serving was very rude, told another colleague to shut up whilst talking to me, was very dismissive, constantly couldn’t hear me and was patronising about the whole situation. Quite sad.

Avoid this shop, the man has a bad attitude. Walk down the road to the station will get better ice cream and better service and its only a couple of mins walk down the river.

Ordered an iced cream, when she started the machine, liquid flowed into the cone, that was emptied and the cone used. Not a major problem you might think but the liquid softened the cone to a point where it was impossible to hold as it softened. At least get the basics right when serving any kind of food to the public

Absolutely amazing ice cream. So rich and creamy. Great spot too, it’s near the falls on the river.

Lovely lady but the ice cream tasted awful. One of the worst I’ve had anywhere.
