Very disappointed. Food was full of grease (bag of chips in photo), burger bun fell apart in my hands as grease dripped through the bottom bun. Burger tasted like an overdone cheap frozen burger - sorry but this is nowhere near gourmet as other reviews suggest. You'd be better off going to Wimpy or McDonald's and paying less. Ordered the onion rings after seeing other customer photos but they were just stodgy cheap ones (see photo). We threw half our meal away. Please improve the quality.

Well where to start I was super excited to get a takeaway from here as it had been closed for a while and what a disappointment came with sause even though i specified none nmore monetary jack cheese to choose just cheap nasty square cheese and the chips were like scraps

Service was exceptional, burgers worth the wait with freshest quality and even had an off the menu deep fried donut to top it off. Highly recommend the place!

I absolutely LOVED this place ! Great chips, signature burger and vegetarian burger were simply amazing. The burger sauce is a must try !

I went in this shop today, the floor was dirty, I ordered x2 burger x2 chips = £20.00 have to say was worst chips I’ve ever seen, like they were half peeled an cooked in dirty oil, burger wasn’t very nice had some runny sauce all over it and was very soggy!!!! Avoid this take away

Burger was dry and tasteless onion rings are cheap onion rings not what is advertised chips where very hot but not salted like advertised and person on the phone couldn’t understand me
