I recently had my ears tested by Phil Cornwell and he has impacted my life greatly. Not only are my hearing aids fantastic, but the service I received was incredibly thorough, professional and personalised. I was made to feel at ease by Phil as he took me through the process and explained the long term effects of hearing loss such as dementia which I had not been made aware of by the NHS who had provided me with hearing aids previously. The hearing aids I received from Phil Cornwell are incomparable with the NHS ones which I found to be bulky, poorly fitted and generally lacking in quality. I would highly recommend Phil Cornwell to anyone either unhappy with their current hearing aids or struggling with their hearing. The product is well worth the financial investment.

Receptionist very nice and helpful Chris who syringed my ears very helpful then I visited audiologist Phil Cornwell everything was going well, after the test he put hearing aids in all was well till he spoke of the price. Quoted me two thousand three hundred pounds I said I wasn't sure whether I could warrant spending that amount as I was retired and maybe I should give the NHS a try before I would spend that amount of money He jumped up from his seat pulled the hearing aids from my ears said I was rude when I mentioned the NHS My wife was completely shocked by his action. He would be better off working for a Timeshare Company a complete Jekyll & Hyde.

I recently had a check up and was happy that all has gone well. I am pleased with my latest hearing aids which I have now had for a year. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and I can recommend Hidden Hearing as a reliable organisation.

I am very pleased with the service I received from 'Hidden Hearing'. A warm welcome with Mary offering cups of tea while you wait for your appointment and a friendly chat putting you at ease. Phil conducted a thorough hearing test, asked me a lot of relevant questions and sorted out my hearing problems explaining my condition extremely well. I will also benefit from a regular follow up service. They have also looked after my late husband who was house bound and we found them to be highly professional, approachable and sensitive to the needs of people with disability. I highly recommend this company to anyone with a hearing problem.

What a lovely place to have my hearing checked. The receptionist was really friendly as was the man who did the hearing tests. Recommend to anyone who is thinking of having their hearing checked.

My mother has had a few hearing aids from this company and has always been satisfied with them, however the latest one she bought had something wrong with the bit that goes in the ear, it was very sharp and she couldn't insert it properly without it hurting.Mum took the aid back to the shop last week to get them to have a look, the member of staff on duty at the time was extremely rude and had my mum in tears, baring in mind my mum is 87, mum did say she thought the aid was a reject" so that didn't go down too well but at 87 that's the sort of word you use.Apparently the staff member took the aid away so mum couldn't see what she was doing then thrust it back at her almost without a word. The aid does fit correctly now. Mum was still visibly upset today when she was telling me about it.All in all I think this was very poor service and I have advised mum to go somewhere else in future."
