Firstly; I don't normally write reviews, but like many others I'm first to read them when wanting more information about a product or company, so hopefully this may be of help to someone!I just wanted to say I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company to anybody looking for a new kitchen or bathroom in the region, as the customer service we received was second to none, and that's not easy to find nowadays.Like most people in the market for a new kitchen, we looked around the local area to get a few ideas of what we wanted, and with a new kitchen being a big investment, we wanted to be 100% sure we got it right.The best decision we made was the moment we walked into Godfrey's and met Mark, as he gives good honest advice, no hard sell, and most importantly nothing was ever too much trouble!From the design, planning, and installation, Mark took care of everything, even happy to deal directly with our own fitter to resolve any questions or queries he had during the install, which was a great help to me and very much appreciated, as it allowed me to continue to work without fear of having to sort out myself any niggling issues.We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen, and to top it off the final price we paid was surprisingly less than all the other companies who quoted us.

They are ok to deal with when it comes to selling you something, but the aftercare is rubbish! We reported an issue in October, have chased Steve loads since but it still hasn't been fixed (March)!!
