The woman on the phone was rude to me and lied multiple times saying she could not check if a manager was available without hanging up. After I refused to hang up she miraculously managed to check four times that the manager was unavailable. She also asked to put me on hold before hanging up on me. I was also told that she doesn’t mind wasting my time because her shift ends at 2pm and the call will be cut automatically then.

If I could rate a zero I would. I’ve been going back & forth with the company for week. 1st instance told I was going to be called back. No one called me. I’ve now called back today to explain that no one called me back. I was then basically called a liar & had the phone dropped on me. Terrible service. Will not get a penny from me x

Extremely unhelpful and downright rude young lady who finally put the phone down on me. I was seeking advice about an initial Parking Charge which I had not received. Appalling - well non-existent - customer service. I asked about a complaints policy and was directed to their website. When you click on the complaints policy on the website, you get an error message! Hideous and unprofessional company.

Received fine of £170 after never receiving the original letter. Tried on three occasions to inform them I never received the original letter and have now been told my case has been closed.How is this company allowed to behave in this manner?Every person has been unpleasant, unprofessional and very rude

I honestly cannot express enough how poor the customer service was from this company. I called 3 times, each and every time I was spoken to with aggression and sarcasm. A man named ‘Barry’ (Collections Agent) handled my situation with utter disrespect and arrogance. I initially called to understand why I keep receiving letters regarding a parking ticket which I have never physically seen before, to be spoken to like a piece of rubbish which left me even more stressed to start with. I do not know how a company can get away with such a bad reputation and have the cheek to try and take money with no explanation. This company needs to be looked into as I believe it is a complete scam and will be taking this further. As a ‘debt collections’ company they should be appalled by the way they handle people; in the world we live in today with people going through such awful circumstances e.g. cost of living crisis they should be disgusted how they treat people. It costs nothing to be polite and helpful to those calling in need of help.

Absolute Rubbish!!Saying I owe £170 for a parking fine that I NEVER received.Tried ringing no answer every time so used their website to send an email and no response and now a letter saying they’re referring to their legal team - complete idiots!!Like to see them take me to court for a fine I never received and PROOF of ignored contact.
