A lively place that’s in the heart of Victoria, with fairly good food and quick service.It’s very crowded and they would benefit from a few tables being removed, but overall it was a fun atmosphere.Having the pizza oven and kitchen on open show was a nice touch.Service was quick and the food piping hot.

Abysmal. Really poor service, desperate lack of menu options despite this having been recommended as good for gluten free (it isn't) - they'd run out of ingredients and this was only 5.30pm. Not recommended and won't be returning. An aside, it's completely unnecessary for them to STILL be cashless (using covid rules 4 years on). Avoid.

I visited this Zizzi Restaurant, and the service was great. My waiter was quick and always comfortated me if everything was okay, if i needed anything else, etc. The food was okay, a complementary snack, which i loved. Thank you to Natalia and the manager for the kindness and making sure i was okay.

We popped up in a Wednesday for a lunch and the experience was very good! The Bruschetta is outstanding and Carbonara it’s gorgeous! Not so expensive for 2 when you have 2 starters, 2 meals, deserts, coffee and drinks!The service is good and I can’t to complain.

Food was okay. Children ordered a pasta they pointed at but a different pasta was brought, we’ve asked for change, they did change it to another pasta but not the chosen one and the waiter said sorry we only have this! But it was on the menu! Shouldn’t the waiter inform us that BEFORE bringing the order?Spaghetti and lasagna was okay.. nevertheless everything was way too slow that it should, the seating process and the paying process all very slow! And the restaurant wasn’t jammed!

Went in for a quick bite, the place was packed inside but plenty of seating outside. I expected to wait ages to be seated, however I got a table for two very quickly inside.A waitress took our order within a few minutes of us sitting down, gave us complimentary lentil crisp snacks with our drinks and food was served within 10mins - I was shocked at the speed and efficiency!Food was really tasty, I had the Casareccia Pollo Piccante - it was sooo good! Would definitely visit again.

Review for autistic people: Zizzi VictoriaThe room is a good temperature. The lights are not too bright, but it is very loud because sounds reverberate around the room a lot. There is music playing too. It was somewhat difficult to communicate with my dad who was sitting across the table from me. Tables are quite close together, and I went at 16:00 on a Sunday and even then it was quite busy. I did not visit the toilets so I do not know what they are like. The staff are friendly.The food came extremely quickly (a bit suspicious) and was mediocre. It was pretty good, just not as good as I had hoped. I had spaghetti bolognese. My dad had a lasagne and it was burnt on the bottom and not very good either. The desserts were good - I had a chocolate snowball which was rich and delicious. Drinks come with ice.Overall, the environment was noisy and a bit stressful and rushed. The food was OK. Sensory experience 5/10.

Yummy Yummy!If you're ending your London tour at London Victoria station, go for a delicious dinner at Zizzi.We highly recommend Pizza Black Truffle Salami & Mushroom on a wonderfully baked crust.It only took 10 minutes to prepare it.For starters, hot tea with lemon in a glass with a double wall, so you can grab it in your hands without fear.In addition, a wonderful Christmas atmosphere and friendly service.

Nice cozy restaurant. Popped in after shopping at M&S so we didn't have a reservation. Food was good and exactly what we asked for. Nothing fancy but well seasoned. I ordered the lasagne which was great and my partner got pasta with sauce and meat ball which I also tried. Would recommend.

Love that place, always choose it to have a catch up dinner with my dear friend. The food is great and staff can not be more helpful. The Zizzi app vouchers always help with free starter or cheeky olives. Well done and thank you.
