Had a pedicure and manicure.NO cream was put on my feet!No oil on my nails ( I had to ask for it)Excess polish left on skin.Nails smudged when I left Salon even though I asked if my nails were fully dry.The polish on my hands was not done professionally.Asked a friend what they thought of my polish.They said it looked like my 4 year old Niece painted them.I'm so disappointed.Won't return.Do not recommend.

Best place I've been to.Been going for a few years now and my nails always look amazing and last three/four weeks

WORST experience ever! asked for a full set of Acrylics, The lady rushed the job. At the end she then told me it was £34 I questioned why and she told me she used Gel Acrylic Powder, I told her that wasnt my fault i didnt ask for that and she told me i needed to pay the extra. I only gave her £30 and never came back with the rest. When leaving the shop I could see how AWFUL of a job she had done, My nails were chipped and looked like they had been on for 4 weeks instead of 4 minutes. It looks like a child has painted them. Never mind the acrylic work, Absolutely shocking. Im now left with disgusting nails for holiday. The shape, paint work, Acrylic and service was just horrendous. I could CRY !!!DONT EVER USE THIS PLACE, GO TO AMERICAN NAILS ROUND THE CORNER !!!!!

I have used this salon before with no problems but i will not be returning after yesterday’s visit. I visited the shop late afternoon yesterday for a full set of acrylics. Even though i asked for acrylics the man doing my nails used gel so i had to pay extra and to top it off after i left my nail beds were bleeding as he was so careless with the electric buffer.Will never return over priced and careless

Worse place EVER me and my 2 daughters had our nails done so that is ALOT of money spent..where do I begin?? They cut my 1 of my girls 3 times and the other twice, myself and 1 daughter mentioned wonky nails and both had same reply No thats how they are meant to be . Just under £100 for it all THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED NEXT..1 of my daughters lives in Scotland she went a week later to her local salon who said SHOCKING WORK and she had to have them removed and redone total £38..my other daughter 4 nails came off in 5 days and reply was her finger shape is to small for the acrylics !! SO WHY DID YOU DO THEM IN FIRST PLACE !!!! they refused to fix the issue and then charged me £10 to have them removed..myself I have been lucky in 1 week and 2 days only 3 have come off, 1 of them was in 4 days..attitude stinks and the place is dirty never ever ever again

Avoid this salon at all cost!Worst pedicure I’ve ever received, prices was just made up by the owner when the price list says otherwise.My pedicure was rushed! Didn’t feel comfortable and frankly wanted to leave. Save your money people and go somewhere else. Worst customer service and will not be coming back.

Went in waited a hour, finally got seen. While cutting asking them for them longer but instead to cut them shorter. Then after they was finished I noticed they was wonky, different lengths, nail varnish was not even painted properly. The matte coat is basically falling off.

The 1 star isn’t even deserved! The one man that is in there working is absolutely shocking! Cut my finger and nails are all different shapes and sizes! Not happy one bit! If you visit go to the girls they do a fab job but him he shouldn’t even be working there! Yes I paid but I will fix them myself and they won’t receive my custom again!

Took my girlfriend to get her nails done and the old guy said that is was £25 pound for acrylic nails plus £3 per hand for 15 diamonds because they where 20p a diamond and as soon as i left the shop for five they gave her attitude and argued that it would be £70 when it should have been £31. Theyre lucky i was told about theyre attitude after we left the shop. Very rude people i would advise not going here theyre make up the prices in there heads and they go back on their word!!!!
