Staff were really friendly & took time to help me choose what to order as it was my first time there. Food was quality was great too.

Normally ADORE but today the staff were slow, inattentive and rude - new menu and immediately upon entering I was met with a “so are you having a burrito then” and an attitude, given no chance to actually read the menu.Panic ordered tacos, which were the tiniest thing I’ve ever eaten (3 tacos, 6 bites) the staff were then slow to do the order and didn’t listen to what I wanted. The staff member put pink onions on when I had not asked for them and when I questioned it he simply took them off in front of me and continued to pile on top of the tacos.Granted the food was still tasty, but it was cold, and the portion was obscenely small for the £9.65 it cost.Bring back the old menu, I would eat here every week previously and as it stands I’m in no rush to return.

The service itself was okay. Ordered X2 @£6 each, £12 too good to go bags, says you'll get 2 burritos (so in total at least 4). I understand the concept of the too good to go app as it's surprise bags (you get what your given, within certain criteria). But after speaking with a staff member confirming twice I ordered 2 meat versions. I waited for 10-15mins (bit of a queue at the end, so wasn't fussed about waiting) but as they shouted out too good to go" they looked at me

Changed menu since my last visit. My usual order now cost an extra £5. So won't be going back now. Such a shame as I did used to enjoy!

Always have an amazing time when visiting! Libby and Ruby are especially lovely and ensure they go above and beyond to help everyone. They are excellent at customer service and never fail to put a smile of people’s faces.

Had a chicken burrito in here recently, which was amazing. Really good service from staff, who gave great recommendations of what to try. Definitely going back next time I'm at the Trafford Centre

First time coming here with my family. The best customer service experience I've ever received. Big thanks to Olivia (Liv) and Jake for taking good care of us and ensuring our food choices we made were halal and also fact checking with their colleagues if its what we could eat. Without us even asking! We really appreciated this gesture and are throughly impressed with staff training here. Defo recommend!!!

We had a burrito each, an the mexican cheese fries. The cheese fries were a small handful of fried low quality, stale frozen chips with a bit of cheese sauce on. They were awful.Burritos were decent but over priced.We had to move across a number of tables to find a clean one, although the place was quiet.

We were waiting in line, about 30 minutes before closing so I get it can be a little annoying but we waited. The lady behind the bar looked at us and threw everything away then told us they didn’t have any vegan options, but did offer us beef or pork? Not very helpful. Very poor attitude and she made us feel like a huge inconvenience. We have been here a few times but this was bad. Wont rush back! Second time they have ‘run out’ of vegan bits. Don’t have it on the menu if you don’t want to serve it
