Max spielman Thursday 14th December at the cherry tree= James was so helpful with me, helping me download a photo sent to my phone on a pdf. I haven't clue with technology, but James did it all for me and helped me with the frames for the 4 images I had printed.I can't thank him enough as I was very stressed and had limited time to sort this as I was about to go to work.Great service 5 *****
