Haven't actually been able to use their services and everytime I come by this place is shut (even during supposed opening hours) . Also evertime I call both mobile numbers provided or message on Facebook I never get any answer. Poor customer service, I dread to think how long it would actually take to get your items back if you have managed to actually get them in for alterations.

I have had 3 dresses altered here. They are so close and thus convenient. Service is super fast and friendly. Parking is not available for the most part. You will have to park a block or 2 away and walk to the store.

Took 2 bridesmaid dresses in to be altered and the service has been brilliant, alterations spot on. 1 dress basically needed everything altering and the other just needed hips taken in. Both have been done and I am so pleased with the results. I would highly recommend these ladies, they know their stuff, are friendly and made me feel at ease from the first time of walking in. I will use their services in future.
