Complete joke of a finance company no help at all Complete bias company work like insurance company if your fault don't admit fault. The complaint handler they appointed have not got a clue. Bought a ford ranger 1st August 2023 broke down on me 14th day. Bottom engine gone from the dealer s cars from Oldham saying I have changed parts on the vehicle that caused the damage. Why would I if I have warranty but this finance company believes them. After I paid £36k for the ford ranger. Too much to write but do not trust this company they just waste your time. Going to financial ombudsman now then courts. Can't wait to talk to someone with sense.

Im not happy with this company at all they sent me a default notice for because they said I broke the terms and conditions even though it was the dealerships fault I never missed one payment but they speak to you unprofessionally and never want to resovle anything DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY.!!!!!!!!! I'm now writing from current to tell you it'd been two months and they have not contacted me they took the car and now I have to pay a lot of money out for a car which is not here anymore its a joke.

Excellent experience working with Josh from Mann Island.After securing a finance deal to purchase a vehicle from an Audi main dealer, I went to collect the car but unfortunately it was not as described by Audi.Josh quickly helped me to reverse the deal and get me into another car from a professional dealer with a new finance deal within 5 days.Would recommend Mann Island to anyone.Thanks for your help Josh.

I have dealt with Mann Island on a number of occasions and receive a professional service every time. Sam Grey looked after my most recent purchase and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Top class service and happy with the rates I received.

Our car developed a problem a few months in. Found out it had other issues after paying over £130 for inspection. This so called finance company have done absolutely nothing. They haven't offered to take car away for repair. They just ignoring the fact the car has major issue. We took it to another garage at their request . Still issue. Looks like court action is the only way forward. Atleast we have independent report from Ford.

Bought a car from cars direct in Petersborough, broke down 2 weeks after. They got me to sort the problem. The paint fell off the front bumper, had so many issues. I’m 9 months in, the car went to Peugeot 4 weeks ago and said there was 2500£ worth of problems. Which was passed off by a garage Cars direct. I just gave Mann island 14 days to give my money back. And my deposit, 500£ of repairs I paid for. I have driven the car 1400 miles. 450 miles of that was to take it back to the garage until I said you pick it up. I got shouted out by cars direct and told to leave their office as I was getting Violent. After spending 8500£ on a car that’s full of problems. Don’t your think I should get a bit emotional.Now I’m still waiting for Mann island to pull their finger out. I’m dealing with WEZ. Like someone else said in another review they are staying on the dealers side for more business. It’s not about People. I’m stressed and had to start taking tablets.Worse company to deal with. Would definitely stay away from these. Financial ombudsman already involved. Court next. Complete joke. These companies have gone to pot. It’s not about customer services but money.
