Very friendly and accommodating! Offered several options for wheelchair rental, and even rang to let me know I had forgotten my sunglasses when dropping the chair back off. Would recommend, and will return.

Excellent service and an asset to Exeter. Shopmobility without doubt ideal for disabled people who want to hire a scooter for fixed periods of time. Located below the main multi-storey carpark it’s so easy to arrange a rental by excellent staff who make your experience memorable.

Such lovely staff, i couldn't of ask for more friendly helpful people i highly recommended this shop they were so kind to me, and I'd like to say thank you so much for your help yesterday in an emergency or i wouldn't have made it home I'm so grateful . x

My Mobility Scooter broke down on my holiday and after receiving little assistance from Motability and being treated likes naughty school by by Exter Disability Centre. I'm was overwhelmed by the customer service and assistance from all the team at Shopmobility Exeter. You saved my holiday. Thank you.

An absolute gem of a place. Wish more cities had paces like this. Needed to keep an ageing FiL with mobility problems going for a week during Graduation and they came up trumps with a rented boot scooter at an astonishingly reasonable daily rate. To cap it all, we then bought a 2nd hand one for use at home for another very reasonable sum. Great staff. Great service. A credit to Exeter.

I think this place is brilliant Mary and all the staff here are fantastic, if I had one negative thing to say is they don't stay open long enough, it would be nice to be able to shop later in the day sometimes but other than that fantastic staff wonderful scooters !! A*

What a fantastic service, so convenient, being able to park close to the lift and on collection of wheelchair easy level access to the city centre. The staff on Friday 28th December couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Looking forward to another visit soon. Many thanks Exeter Shopmobility!
