Sally created a beautiful bright yellow 4 tier cake for a styled wedding shoot. It was perfect! So friendly and professional.

Sally is an absolute dream to work with and made our unbelievably amazing cake in May for our wedding. I am still receiving comments now from guests about how it is the best cake they have ever tasted. It was both beautiful to look at and eat. She really does go above and beyond to make it a dream experience for you. Our box of six tasters were fantastic and Sally even included little personalised iced biscuits. We had so much trouble narrowing it down to three flavours for our tiers and cupcakes but we are so pleased with the final outcome. We even had some left over surprisingly which we have frozen and eaten which still tasted just as good as it did fresh.Thank you so much Sally!

Great experience!I attended a 1-1 class with Sally and it was amazing I had such a good day and learned so much from her. I had made cakes using ganache before but wanted to know more about it and how to work with it. Sally explained everything so well step by step and gave me some really good tips. She took the time to make sure I was getting the techniques right for a perfectly finished cake.I got to take home a 2 tier cake that I had stacked and decorated how wanted and i was so proud of it, it also tasted amazing!Doing the class has given me more confidence to start making wedding cakes.Her work is incredible and I would 100% recommend Sally’s classes she is so lovely, has so much knowledge and is such a good teacher!

Sally is an absolute perfectionist.We wanted a grazing dessert table rather than a huge cake, so we went for a beautiful one tiered chocolate cake with 6 different dessert types either side.Every single piece was absolutely delicious. We have never tasted a cake so gooey and tasty that looked absolutely stunning too.Sally was a pleasure to work with, every detail was thought about and executed so gracefully.We would highly recommend Sally and her outstanding work.

Sally did such an amazing job with our cake, she knew exactly what we wanted. Absolutely the most amazing cake we have tasted too, makes us sad that we can't have this cake regularly!

Sally made our absolutely incredible wedding cake and we were so thrilled with it. Sally took time to listen to our ideas, and came up with multiple designs until we found the one. We ended up with the most incredibly bright and people still talk about it! Not to mention it was incredibly delicious, if you can get Sally to make your wedding cake you will not regret it!

We ordered a last minute wedding cake from Sally. She was happy to help us with it, which we were grateful for. The cake turned out so much more beautiful than we could imagine. Highly recommended!
