There are too many wonderful things to say! I was gifted a bespoke perfume experience here for my birthday and was seen by a lovely woman called Roberta who was very intelligent and attentive. It was an extremely detailed experience and Roberta shared lots of her knowledge and personalised the experience to me completely. I wish already that I could relive it and couldn’t be more fond of my time there. Thank you so much for this experience!

What a lovely experience! The shop is beautiful and historic, like a frozen moment in time. The service is wonderful, so helpful! And the scents! Who wouldn't want to smell like Marilyn Monroe?? Though if she's not quite your style you could choose to smell like Queen Victoria instead (which was unexpectedly a very nice scent! ).

Amazing experience! The perfumer took the time to have us choose our fragrance ingredients to create the perfect signature fragrance. My husband and I created this for our anniversary. What a memorable gift!

What can one say about Floris? Rich history and superb fragrances make this a must-see shop in London. The staff were friendly and not pretentious at all. I’m especially fond of the Special 127. Classic understated British elegance.

If you are into perfumes. A good place to visit. My wife and I like perfumes . We explore different perfumestores whenever we travelling. We wanted something exclusive from London with history,and particularly English perfumes. This stores checks all of them. The location is good. Accessible to Piccadilly Circus. The salesperson was very helpful . She knew her smell, she provided information, made specific recommendations. Made the shopping experience convenient and decisive. We got 2 bottles of perfume. Price is comparable to other good perfume or perhaps more reasonable.

Great visit, the doorman was really lovely and wished us merry christmas. The man who served us gave us a goodwill gesture discount after we asked if they did student discount (they don’t lol!) but a really nice shop and lovely scents !

A wonderful experience to live in this temple of British perfume. A large range of fragrances in a beautiful, old-fashioned shop that brings you back to the XIXth century. Whenever I have a stay in London, I enjoy testing their new products or just discovering old ones and let my thoughts stray along a sweet-smelling path of iconic crystal-like bottles.Special mention to Chypres" which deserves to be better known."

The leather oud smells incredible. First time I visited the store, there was a very friendly gentleman who convinced me to make a purchase. The second time I visited to pick up my order (I ordered online), the store was full of young staff who were absolutely cold, and behaved like they were models waiting for a catwalk. 4 stars for the quality of the perfume and history, and for the good service on my first visit. But I hope that service will be consistent.

I visited the shop few times to try several perfumes and check if they lasted long on my skin, as this is my main concern wheI buy perfumes.The team at Floris went the extra mile especially JOANNA K.to make me feel welcomed every time I went to nose around!I must admit Joanna K.were extremely patient , She had incredible knowledge of the History of Floris and all the products and she was genuinely caring so I can find the perfect perfume for me.Finally I bought a great perfume from Floris and I can't thank them enough! Bravo Floris, bravo
