Friendly service. Used them twice now. Both times the van was in good condition, and a nice drive.

I was very happy with the personal service from Colne Van Hire, they were even going to stay late for me to collect the car as I'd got caught up in traffic! Efficient and friendly and service, very easy rental process and they showed me around the car and explained it features. Plus, they are there to help should you get into any difficulties during the hire period. The car was just perfect, I will definitely use this local company again, and highly recommend their service.

After being let down by another car rental company I found Burnley van hire on google & gave them a call, the man was really friendly and said I could pick a car up that day. The customer service I received was 5*, the car was brand new & immaculate inside and out. I’ve used bvh a couple of times now and always been highly satisfied. The staff have always been very chirpy & bubbly, & gone above and beyond to help. Recently I used the colne branch as it’s closer to home, when I dropped the car off & was waiting for a taxi home, Dan welcomed me into the office out of the cold with my young children, & made me a coffee. When the taxi arrived to pick me up the taxi got lost so Dan walked up the lane to the top of the street to track the taxi down & direct him to the office. Great service! Highly recommend!

The Best car company around by far.Straight forward no messing booking.I had to re arrange my booking at the last minute and it was seen to quickly with no fussing. I was made to feel at ease with my request and the guys couldn't help me enough. I was switched to an automatic Hyundai that was perfect for my situation. I will always use CVS for all my vehicle hire needs, from moving home to family weekends away.. They Always have great prices and a wide selection of cars to choose from, these guys are 2nd to none. Why go anywhere else when the best are right on the doorstep.

Needed a hire van at short notice for work. CVS sorted out exactly what we needed the same day. We then needed to extend the hire by a day, again no problem, they shuffled things around to ensure we were able to complete what we needed to do. Extremely helpful and cheerful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Very competitively priced, clean and tidy vehicles, would definitely recommend.

Excellent service. Friendly staff and quality vans. Very helpful and easy to deal with. Will use again. I hired a van for business use. They didn't have the size I asked for available at such short notice but gave me a free upgrade to the next size up which was perfect. Won't go anywhere else. Cheers!

Great place. Had 3 vans and a car off them over the last couple of years. Good service, availability and quality of vehicles. Prices are good too. Wouldn't say cheapest or dearest by any stretch but worth what you spend.
