PRO HAND CAR WASH LIMITED

Poor version of what it was shortly after opening. The guys didn't even open the doors to clean the door sills and surrounds. They didn't seem to take well to me pointing out missed bits either.

A decent hand wash however the valet portion isn't worth it. Asked for silver level as needed interior vacuuming and was told I had to have gold level (difference if £10) for that despite the board stating that the only difference with gold is polish.Took 30 minutes and the clean is very basic wipe over level and definitely not polished.Not a place I would recommend for anything other than the basic wash.

Went for the £30 clean inside and out . No attention to wheels at the actual car wash only jet washed them. The detail part of the clean wheels again not touched at all. The car clean inside was ok but not great vacuumed but never went in boot at all . Matts was dirty after vacuumed and wasn’t cleaned . They was friendly people though and very polite but I didn’t go for conversation so all in all I wouldn’t go again

Took the wife's car here and today took mine.Yesterday, my wife's car was the only one there, today mine was the only one there. These lads are new and seemed to want to spend more time on their phones or arguing about who was using the jet wash!Door mirrors not cleaned, doesn't even look like they actually cleaned the front or bonnet at all.Doors are not opened and so door shuts are all wet and dirty.Didn't even bother to put the tyre dressing on.The old crew who were here did a much better job.I would take your car else where as this place is now rubbish.

Shortly after opening I was happy with their work, now it's terrible, waste of money now. Every few months I give them a new chance and I come again, but there is no improvement like today, I am not satisfied with their services and I would like to add that this is the most expensive hand car wash in Sleaford and the surrounding area

First few times we used them they did a really good job, but recently they do not seem to care and the car bodywork has ‘drips’ running down the side and windows not cleaned properly.Today when my passenger pointed out that the top of the door was still wet, the woman just ran her hand alone it and gave a look to say that’s done.Hopefully the boss will do a visit.

Partner brought the car here this morning and I've got to say it was a COMPLETE waste of £25. None of the windows have been washed properly including the wing mirrors, the dashboard is still half covered with dust, there is still grass bits on the floor, both side panels of the doors still have splash spots, the boot hasn't even been cleaned AT ALL, there is now a slight stain on the back seat that wasn't there this morning, whoever done the car also pulled off something to do with the back passenger side seat belt (where my child sits) but didn't even say anything and just chucked it in the boot (why didn't he clean it before he threw it in there?) It took me 10 minutes to figure out where it went and lastly, they had chucked the boot shelves about and not even slotted them back in. This is the first and last time they will be used.

A real shame as the clean here used to be really high quality. They do a mediocre job now and seem to want you gone as quick as possible. The prices have gone up and the quality reduced drastically.

£15 to wash a medium size van and not very well, it isn't good value, tried to charge me £25 saying its a big van, its a SWB vehicle, glass smeared and area's of glass missed, under the wing mirrors missed and still dirty, doors not opened and wiped, won't be back dreadful service

Had car wash this morning still dead flies all over it . Wheels still dirty didn’t wipe inside sills . Mirrors still dirty all water marks all over what a mess . I will never be using this car wash again worst car wash in Sleaford very disappointed
