Brilliant service, always very friendly, kind and have stock in. Also nice and warm inside. No stairs to climb up which is great when you have a baby with you.

Cheapest place I have found for embroidery and have never been unhappy with an order. However, they can be a little slow. I still use them but they could definitely do with some improvements. It feels like small businesses are put to the back of the queue. Not the place if you are in a rush.

Great service, website works well and ordering online is easy. Updates on stock is always welcome and others could learn from how Hargreaves do business.

I have visited Hargreaves a few times now but this is the first visit since they moved premises. Firstly, the young lady who I dealt with was really helpful and professional. I ordered a blazer on Wednesday and asked if it would be embroidered in time for the new school year to which I was assured it would be. Later the same day I received a text to say the blazer was ready and I collected it the following morning. They have a separate collection point outside but it was raining and another staff member came out to see if I wanted to wait inside the shop so I didn't get wet. The same lady who originally served me dealt with my collection. Again, friendly, smiley and helpful. Pleasure to deal with and very prompt and professional service.
