Urgently I needed parts of the wing mirror replaced on my BMW 320d. When I called Tish he said they were all booked up this week but I told him I really needed it sorted so my wife could drive the car next week so he managed to squeeze it in.The service was impeccable, they got the car turned around in half a day. I also liked how open and straightforward he was with the pricing. How much the parts were and how much the labour was.Very trustworthy, well natured and reliable. The mirror is working perfectly along with the electronics that relate to it. I really appreciate the service of responding to my need and squeezing it in. My new go to garage.

Just want to say a HUGE thank you to Tish and his team. The service from this garage is second to none and I won’t take my car anywhere else from now on.My BMW had an engine light, in which no garage could diagnose and if they could they wanted me to wait until the end of December to get it in.I called Torque on the off chance they could help, within four hours the car was diagnosed. And a day booked in for the car to be fixed. Honestly cannot thank Tish enough, my car nightmare turned into a great experience.He explained exactly what was wrong, why it happens and even showed me the broken part.There was nothing that was too much for him, including driving my car out of the parked spot so I could get my son into it.If you need ANYTHING Tish is the guy you want to take your car to.

This place was recommended and I was reluctant after taking my engine issue to so many places, but Callum and Tish were very efficient with their knowledge/ service and managed to fix the ongoing issue overnight. After getting sick and tired of my local Rochdale garages who don’t really know what they are doing or have the proper equipment, I decided to venture out of town to a proper Mercedes specialist.After some research, I came across Torque Technics in Bradford. The reviews seemed really good and everyone was praising this establishment - I took the punt. As they were very busy, there was a 3 week lead time.I have a C220d. It had numerous issues such as chrome trim needing replacing, electrical boot switch not opening, coolant sensor throwing faults on car as well as other issues. I also wanted a full transmission fluid change.I met with Nish, who came across as a very busy, hard working fella and was very welcoming.After leaving my car with him for several hours, he managed to fix every issue I had in the car, including ordering parts and installing them as part and parcel of service if needed. Everything was carried out professionally. And more importantly, for a good price. He even uploaded service to Mercedes portal and provided proper receipt with itemised costs.I will definitely be returning for all my future car needs. Highly recommend this place. Believe the hype in this case!

I’m not one for leaving reviews but after the exceptional service we have received from this garage it’s warranted. From the very first call with Tish I felt reassured. He is extremely knowledge, very professional and polite. Knowing my daughter’s circumstances he fixed her car well before the expected completion date. He went that extra mile and even took time out of his busy day to show her what the issue was and explained how he’d fixed it. To top it all off the final bill was less than we expected, which was very unexpected and virtually unheard of in the mechanics trade! I would 100% recommend Torque Technics.
