Great experience buying a house through Fine Homes - we are now in our dream home thanks to Antony and team! They were straight down the line from start to finish, e.g. not using wide angle lens to distort images and make homes look artificially bigger in photos, and not allowing last minute gazumping once a deal has been agreed, which is rare these days. Overall we were very pleased with our experience.

I used Fine Homes to buy and sell my house 6 years later. Antony was incredibly helpful at all stages of the sale and definitely went above and beyond what is expected, chasing mortgage lenders and sorting all viewings and valuations with no hassle.The office is extremely well located and its particularly useful how you can just pop into the office to see Antony pretty much all day and late into the evening.I have no hesitation in recommending fine homes.

Exceptional service from Antony. Excellent service on our sale achieving a great price in a short period of time. We had a very complicated chain and it's fair to say without Antony's constant and professional efforts then the sale would never of happened

I don't believe all the bad reviews for this company as I had a great experience during my two years of tenancy on Ophelia Drive.It is hard to believe they are rude and unprofessional as some people say, and I am pretty sure many of them are fake.Anthony and Sue are great professionals, never rude or unhelpful.I had some issues with the boiler or the oven, for example, even a water leak, but it only took an email to be sent to them and the problem was sorted shortly, even on the same day, they are really responsive.They are smiley and friendly persons, ever so chatty and under no circumstances unpolite.Some people might be frustrated, but this is not this company's fault really, I am strongly recommending it to all my friends searching for a house to rent.I enjoyed working with them, the communication was brilliant and all my requirements were met.Thank you, Fine Homes! Antony and the team have provided an excellent service and been available for help and advice whenever I’ve had any questions about the buying and selling process. Antony has gone above and beyond to facilitate the sale of my house and I would 100% recommend Fine Homes!

I rented through Fine Homes for the past year, and have had nothing but positive experiences with them from start to finish. Antony was very good at keeping us up to date, and an issue we were having with our hot water was sorted swiftly. I would be more than happy to rent with them again if I move back to the area in the future.

I am gutted by the way this agency is dealing with their tenants, especially Anthony.I called to report a boiler failure and instead of dealing with enquiry I have been shouted at, insulted and had the phone put down on me. Unbelievable!Now I am just sat in the cold ,wondering if anyone is actually gonna come and fix the issue, as nobody will answer the phone.Stay away from Anthony! He will hold grudges on you for no reason and he will make sure you don't feel comfortable in the property! He is just mean!Definitely not recommended!

Just left a property we rented through them for years and they were awful from start to finish. They seem love paperwork, tedious processes, and sending condescending emails, but are VERY slow to fix any issues. For instance, it took them over a year to organise installation of an extractor fan in the bathroom after the landlord approved it. They also breached contract at the end of our tenancy, sending decorators in without our consent days before we were due to move out. We came home and found the entire place - and our stuff - was covered with drop cloth and in-use paint trays. They had the cheek to expect us to pay to clean up after them, too! Fine Homes clearly have no idea what is going on and were terrible at communicating throughout our lease, including about inspections.The bar for lettings is low but this was ridiculous. Newsflash to the Fine Homes team: tenants are human beings, not just a source of cash to paper over your negligence.

Having engaged with Fine Homes as a tenant, buying a home and subsequently a vendor, I can highly recommend. Antony was very supportive when relocating to Warwick for work, helping to secure a lovely rental property, and was equally helpful in acting as the agent for a property that I bought a few years later. Now I’m relocating again and Antony has sold our home in a record time - have good and clear advice and supported a very effective process from start to finish. A great team in the office too - just a fab experience!

Antony of Fine Homes was very helpful in getting our house sold within less than a week of it going on the market. In fact the board went up with the sold sign already on it!He advised on a price which was higher than I initially thought and we achieved the asking price.He recommended a solicitor, Simon Grindlay of Brindley, Twist, Taft and James who also helped things run smoothly.They all kept me informed of progress so I didn’t have to keep chasing them which was great.So I guess you can see why I would definitely recommend them.
