I wish estate agents would remove already rented/sold properties from Right Move. It really cannot be difficult.

MR team looked after our 3 BTL houses for 5 years and then helped us sell them. Very pleased with service and all the help

Made 2 appointments on consecutive Saturdays. Never turned up for either. First excuse, they said it wasn't in the diary, second excuse, the agent had phoned sick earlier in the day. We had travelled 100 miles round trip on both occasions. The manager phone and apologised,offered me a deal to sell the house, but never got back to me. After our experience. Would I recommend? No

Nigel and his team of Lauren, Faye, Dawn & Steph work really hard and are very professional, extremely friendly and deliver the highest level of service to their clients. If you are looking to market your property in this lovely market town give them a call. Their sales success speaks for itself.

By far the worst agents in the area. So glad we switched to Sam Allen, Sam Allen have been far more profession and reliable. Do not use mike rogersons.

Friendly service we enquired about a property at the beginning of august after looking for over a year with Mike Rogerson we had finally found the property for us. From viewing it to providing everything needed was smooth and easy! Absolutely superb service from the Mike Rogerson Bedlington . There remit was to find me a reliable tenant for my rental property as my own judgement from previous attempts was at best poor .The process was handled perfectly by the team and a tenant we both felt fitted the bill was interviewed , checked and vetted and installed in the property. Terrible company, never answer emails or phone calls, on one occasion the bedlington branch arranged a viewing and on the day didn't turn up, when we rang asking where they were and they did answer on this occasion and said they didn't have the key but no apology for this at all having rearranged our day to do this. They have several flats and no keys for any bar one, that one we did look at was disgusting. Dirty skid Marks on toilet. It smelled terrible, carpet sticking to our feet,damp smell, and more Cant believe they would show this to someone in this state.
