Access road pretty poor condition. 2.4M width restriction on gateway makes it awkward for vans and wider cars. Car park is £1 for 2h so not too bad. Nice views.

Car park is close to Badbury rings, where you can see it. There is many wonderful walks that you can do in the area. Amazing place. The only downside is the upkeep of the carpark, with a few pot holes and poor upkeep of the ground, but the parking is FREE, so I won't complain.

The car park is £1 and there is plenty of space. Great place to walk the dogs, though be wary as there are usually sheep, sometimes cows roaming the area. On a windy day its great to take the kids and fly the kites.

Nice and large carpark, but with a width restriction. It is large enough to accommodate demand, but there are way too many people that use the car park to walk their dogs and the result is that there is poo everywhere in the vicinity.

Interesting three-walled hill fort. Covers a large area, the interior is quite wooded, with paths. Good for exploring.

This is the most convenient car park for Badbury rings, an iron age hill fort showing Roman occupation. It is chargeable for those who are not National Trust members. There are two smaller free car parks either side of the road nearer Wimborne allowing access along footpaths but quite long walks. The rings are a really good base for lots of walks, being a significant Roman crossroads. There are no facilities at any of the carparks nor at the rings.

Unable to park as we were in a camper van and there is a width limit on the entrance.
