13th Bristol Scouts

We cannot praise the leaders at 13th Bristol highly enough, our daughter has thrived over her many years as a Beaver, Cub and finally Scout. She's had the opportunity to try out many activities, go on all manner of camps and expeditions and develop confidence, resilience, independence and social and leadership skills.Their efforts to maintain engaging scouting activities during the Covid-19 lockdowns (Zoom cookery & family quizzes were particularly entertaining evenings) and adapt to the regulations when returning face to face was above and beyond. The friendships and memories made and skills learnt will last a lifetime. We are proud of the person she's become as part of the 13th Bristol family.Our huge thanks and appreciation go to the dedicated and inspiring individuals that give their time so freely.

My goodness, where do I start! My Daughter joined the 13th Bristol Cubs and moved on to Scouts, she has now had to leave as she is old enough to move on to Explorers, which she will do in September.She has thoroughly enjoyed every single second of her time with this amazing troop. Even through COViD they have delivered interesting, exciting and enriching activities. They have organised camps and activities that has helped my daughter to develop into the person she is today.I feel sad that she is now leaving this family of scouts but await her new expeditions and adventures with the explorers.From both me and Her, we thank you all for you huge commitment, dedication and love for all you do.Thank you
