Agreed a viewing time with Rettie was told 16:00. Arrived at 15:50, left at 16:30 no one to be seen at the property, no call or email to let me know the viewing was not going ahead, no one in the office either! Wasted afternoon, good luck to the person selling the property with Rettie, if people are not allowed to view no wonder they’ll struggle to sell…! Will not be viewing property in the area with Rettie again.

Retties have been excellent. We sold our house with a month of it going on the market. The service they provide is professional and friendly. In particular I would like to mention our negotiator Susan. She made the whole transaction completely painless . She was cheerful, positive and very efficient. Our house was on with another estate agent for several months with little interest before we decided to market it with Rettie Berwick. I cannot fault the effort and enthusiasm of Paddy Paton and the professionalism of the rest of the team. Their efforts paid of, with an increase in viewings and eventually a sale to a cash buyer.If I need the services of an estate agent again, I will be phoning Retties!

Rettie's was a pleasure to deal with, they were professional, knowledgeable and very responsive communicators. The whole team are very friendly and courteous and whilst we had a complex situation with elderly parents, COVID etc they were very calm and ensured that not only my parents but me and my siblings who are living in England were up to date at all times and attended all viewings to keep my parents safe. I have moved many times and this is the best estate agents I have ever dealt with and I would highly recommend them.
