Engineer was super helpful and patient in explaining what we needed to know and took the time to make sure we knew how to perform all of the correct tests and record the required information. Initial fire services have installed all of our fire protection equipment here at our Rescue. What a pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable team they are. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they answered all of our enquiries rapidly. They were here on the dot, at the time arranged and were quick and efficient with their installation and explained everything to us about fire safety and how to use each extinguisher. I had Initial fire install some cameras and an intruder alarm at my house. The install was clean and tidy you couldn't even tell the engineer had been. I would recommend Initial fire to anyone who needs cameras or an intruder alarm.
