IMO Car Wash

Experience is too good. Like its time saving and at the same time they help us to pay as well. The guy who is taking the money help us to oay online. He show us the app and even explain the benefit in a such way that we moving the car and he help us. Service is good. Car looks neat and clean again. Really happy with the service. At this time our car washing was good, but drying is not. The front doors both windows and both mirrors was very wet. For my opinion drying time need to move car's more slowly.

This is how they have done the detailing for £50. I specifically showed him dog hairs and told him this in particular needs to be cleaned. Everything was exactly the same as i left the car and his answer was, i tried my best but couldn’t clean it but you’ll need to pay full price. It wasn’t even washed properly. The behaviour of the person was very rude and inappropriate. I still paid some money whereas i’ll need to take it for detailing again tomorrow. total waste of money and time. Not going there again.

Including the vent, rear view mirror, side pockets and beneath the seats. Door shuts also gets left out.• workers needs to have the passion in detailing which I feel is lacking
