Awful company to deal with and unbelievable attitude, never again will we buy a truck from these guys. Lots of faults which they only paid a couple of.

This was my first purchase from Brandrick Trucks and I must say I have left a happy man. Nothing was too much trouble for them as I can be a bit of a pain. They even took me 15 miles to their bodybuilding side of the business JC Payne in Aldridge to see where my new body would be built (factory was much bigger than I expected). Overall a very good experience and I would have no issue recommending to a friend, let alone a stranger. See you in a few years when I need another one.

Shocking!! I have purchased 2 trucks from Brandrick. The first one was 5 years ago. It broke down on the way home with a serious fault. Brandrick paid for it to be put right, so I thought I had found a reliable supplier.I have just spent £12600 on another lorry, and again, it broke down on way home. This time I have had a totally different response.They have again fixed the truck, but it had to be left with them (I live 80 miles away). I have had to hire a truck to cover work I had booked, and had to cancel having a hands free kit fitted.Their manager has refused to speak to me so far, despite numerous phone calls and emails. My initial contact, Rob has stated that he would get in trouble for giving out his managers name or email address!! Is this for real.To top it all off, the dashboard has again lit up like a Christmas tree with yet more faults.This is a balanced and honest review, and if I could give one piece of advice, it would be to keep well away. it would appear if toy have a problem and wish to discuss it, you are screwed.

bought 21 plate van from them and was delivered on over 1500 miles more than it was advertised with. the floor in the cab looks like that of a 10 year old van not a 21 plate one. Communication wasn't great either. I Buy at least 10 vans a year but wouldn't go through these guys again.

No business ethics.Over price truck. They will tell you go throw finance. Soon they find out some one pay them extera , they will sell truck and they will not inform you, they will ignore you .lie you tryck hire some one.If you have money good to go then deal with them same day. Must do pre buy checks.I would not recommend this company.Please dont waste your time.I would recommends chris Hodge london. And junctions 6 ,Very professional

I wish I had read reviews before buying from Brandrick Trucks. I have been dealing with Graham mostly. I Bought a van about two months ago. Firstly Graham told me they go through presale checks, So I waited a week before collecting. The brake service light was on when I viewed and was told it would get sorted. A week after having van this came up again. So they had changed pads but not the sensors. But on taking it to a different garage, I found out that my back tyre on the inside was illegal and was showing the webbing of tyre.They did pay for all to be put right, but they weren’t very nice on the phone to the mechanic who was fixing their mistakes. So much for presale checks! This is not only bang out of order but really dangerous! I got given a whole speech how they look after you and presale checks…….it’s all just lies. On top of all that the van was missing the spare wheel cable and I’m still having to call them and remind them! Once they got your money they do not care! The van is going ok apart from that “touch wood” But I would buy from this dealer ever again.

Excellent company to deal with. Each time we need a new truck we go back to Graham and he finds or adapts a truck to suit our needs.Nothing is too much trouble - never had a problem with over 15 years of working with them.

Brake warning lights delayed handover , a new alternator will solve the problem the salesman told me 1st pmi 1, 500 miles later £4k bill new brakes and discs and 30 days in workshop avoid this trader

Dreadful. Where do I start? On collection the vehicle both headlights had blown bulbs - which Brandricks have declined to replace. First trip out the vehicle broke with a long-standing fault, which took 3 weeks to fix while I was left without a vehicle. They don't answer emails or letters. I could go on. Steer clear.
