Transform Hub - Bury

No pain no gain but loving attending and my family and friends are noticing the results even though I am just four weeks into the plan.The team at Transform Hub are so helpful, patient and caring. They totally understand everyone is unique and work with you as an individual. The session are varied and different and actually make exercise fun. Special shout out to Gary, Karen and Shan keep pushing me. Cheryl.

The short term challenge is a fabulous kick start !! But for me this had to be a long term plan I signed up for 12 months & try not to miss a session - purely based on the more investment the better the return ? Gary Karen Shannon & Callum provide a variety of different training sessions delivered safely & mixed between fast paced intervals & strength & conditioning. A fabulous facility well equipped, I prefer the early sessions I leave feeling completely ready to tackle the day !! So much support around nutrition & making the right choices. There are no egos just fun like minded groups all with the motivation to get a little bit healthier - totally worth it !!

Last week of the 6 week challenge and what an amazing team of people. I have a lot of challenges due to several conditions that cause me to be in a lot of pain and high levels of fatigue, but Shan and Ellis quickly found adaptations to the exercises so I could keep going. It's been a brilliant experience that has me smiling all the time I'm there. I honestly never had me down as a gym or exercise person, but they have transformed me! Just completed a 6 week challenge with the Bury team and loved it so much now staying for 6 more months. Has helped me focus on my fitness goals and consistent foods to help diet and fitness :) great community and coaches to support your journey!

Wow, wow wow. Amazing support from all the other’s ladies and gents attending the course. Amazing results but even more than that the huge support I have had from the coach Shan who has just been incredible and really helped me adapt my training so I could exercise without pain, ( due to injuries) change my ways, eat healthily and feel really motivated. Thank you so much the hub ❤️

Classes are very motivating. Everyone that goes is very supportive. The trainers are great. Gaz, Shan & Callum. Feel so comfortable & at ease during the classes with no embarrassment if can’t do the same exercises perfectly. Shown different ways to attempt them. Definitely getting stronger into week 4 & the nutrition advice & helpful tips make you completely re-think your food choices. Would recommend to anyone that has never even worked out before to try it & see. It works for all levels of fitness.

Since Covid I have been exercising alone and although iv been disciplined exercise a few times a week, I wasn’t showing any progression with my shape, weight loss or fitness level. I joined Bury Transform Hub and realised immediately I hadn’t been pushing myself. The Hub is a great atmosphere and a great way to exercise. My six weeks are finished and I joined without hesitation. Thank you for giving the enthusiasm to exercise again.

I wish I’d have found this place years ago. I’ve worked so much harder and been encouraged far more than any of the fancier gyms I’ve been to, they really do care. It’s fun, the team are fab and you can tell they enjoy what they do, and are happy to share their knowledge. I’ve wasted more money over the years than I’ve paid here. There’s a great camaraderie and everyone encourages and cheers one another on. All different shapes and standards it doesn’t matter they’ll get you there, you just have to do your bit. I couldn’t recommend Transform Hub Bury enough, it’s the best way I’ve ever trained.

I'm in my 8th week at TH, and it's changing my life, so I've committed for another year. I can't count the amount of time and money I've wasted joining gyms without the encouragement, professionalism and engagement TH trainers offer. Community spirited, 100 per cent fun, looking forward to tonight's session and of course, summer with the fab crew who run and attend TH.
