Northern Domestics

We had used northern domestics in the past to buy a washing machine. We needed to replace our gas cooker and were very pleased to discover they also sell those.I knew which cooker I wanted, a 50cm montpellier. We called in at the shop to talk to them. The people were so pleasant and helpful, taking the time to listen to what we wanted. We ordered the cooker and booked an instillation date.The man who came to install it came on time, was very pleasant and very professional. He installed the cooker explaining why he had the change the gas connection etc.The whole experience showed me that this shop is the one to go to if you want good competent personal service.

Ordered by phone a table top freezer. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and my order was placed over the phone and was able to pay by COD. The freezer was delivered two days later and the delivery chap was very helpful and unwrapped it, got it up and running for me and took the packagine away. First time I have used this company and have to say I'm very impressed with the service I received.

Great product ( Beko dishwasher) great service ( installation) and aftercare

Odred fridge freezer, but they sent damaged products and offered 30pound off but graded products are lot cheaper then 5% discount.So ask them to bring another fridge freezer which they say will bring in 2 days as I am paying full price and expect item not damaged.Any way received phone call saying I am unreasonable to ask 10% discount on product which is damaged and they Don't want customs.Is it unreasonable to ask products in perfect condition if you charging full price?

Excellent service! From the first phone call to the after service care. Needed a new gas hob! Had a running repair from them earlier this year, but replacement was more economical. Selected the product online, phoned in the order, fitting booked!Fitting on the date and to timing agreed. Constantly updated by Richard the fitter while here. After having a nightmare with curry’s we were recommended Northern Domestics for an integrated fridge freezer.
